Best Water Conditioner in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been doing business with leonard @ frederick and Sons for many years now. I would recommend them to anyone in the east valley who is in need of quality plumbing work. I have used them exclusively for both emergency repairs and service work and have always been provided with prompt service, quality work, and excellent customer service at a great price. leonard and his plumbing techs are always on time, clean (a big deal to me), honest, and 100% professional. A big shout out to frederick and sons plumbing !

These guys are awesome! Our AC was not functioning efficiently and they worked hard to diagnose and resolve the issue. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. Highly recommend.

Matt took my phone call and was polite, prompt, and scheduled me right away! Justin was here before I knew it, and was polite and presentable. He quickly figured out the problem, explained this to me very clearly, and fixed it right away. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely call them again when I need my AC fixed.

Ty arrived well prepared and kept me informed on his plans and progress. He did troubleshooting on water heater and determined replacement needed. He also replaced water spout for tub.Ty was very professional.

We had No Worries Rooter come out a couple weeks ago to give an estimate of what my plumbing issues actually were. From the time they came to estimate to the finished job we knew we picked the perfect company! It turned out to be a bigger project than I expected but they did a fantastic job and took great care of us. We had several faucets and pipes replaced, rebuilt toilet and fixed a half working shower. They were friendly and honest. I’ll never have to think who to call for any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Thanks for taking care of us!!

I was not impressed with the technician that came out. He smelled like he had been smoking, was not cleanly shaven, and his clothes were disheveled. Not a professional appearance at all. Meh.

After receiving a sewer inspection report that indicated several cracks that needed to be repaired, I called Precision Air & Plumbing to perform the repairs. Andrew came over and rescanned the sewer pipes and reported to me he found no cracks. Not sure how to explain that to my buyers, I asked their agent for the original scan done for the inspection. After receiving that with the areas highlighted, neither Andrew or his supervisor were able to observe cracks. I then agreed to have them flush the sewer pipes (even though no one had occupied the house since the first scan. Following the flush, Andrew scanned once again and still found nothing. After consulting with the buyer's agent, we agreed that no cracks were present. I really appreciate honesty and integrity in a service like this where one doesn't have the expertise to disagree with the professional. Andrew did the right thing and even provided me with a 1 year service warranty to assure the buyers. Precision Air & Plumbing is a 5 Star company you can trust!

Contacted my landlord about the AC and monthly electric bill issues at my North Phoenix residence. It is mid-July and their is no relief in site. Landlord hired Sam's The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air company. Sam gave me a courtesy call days prior to schedule an arrival time and discuss my concerns. Some business give you a window, which can cut into you productive day, Sam gave me a time and when he sets a time, he is prompt. On July 20, at precisely 7:50, Sam is there for an 8:00 appointment. Sam and his assistant ran their ladder up to the roof and proceeded to do a marvelous job of unclogging the coil that badly was in need since the Nationwide Company I rent from has neglected to service my AC unit in well over a decade. Sam did it all under an hour causing less of an interference on my crazy hectic day.
Also, the filters recommended by the landlord are filters that restrict air-flow (hmmm).
Sam was very communicative and informative about AC systems and maintenance requirement's. See, someone can show up and charge 75 dollars to plug meters and others gadgets and tell you everything is ok. Maybe you need little free-on or something minor but they are not getting to the root of the problem which when you have to call that business back, it will now be 500-to -well-over- a-grand to fix what could have been prevented had the proper attention to details and true maintenance work had been done.
Sam performs a detailed and thorough job on your unit for quite a reasonable and very affordable price. Sam is my official AC repairman, and I will be recommending his business to all my family and friends.
Sam, thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing relief to my household in these extremely hot dog-days of summer!!!!

My AC went out unexpectedly after 5 pm. AC Medic had Roy come over that evening. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a reasonable quote on replacing my 18-year old unit and was back the next afternoon to install it. Their communication was fantastic, constantly giving me updates on arrival times and work ETAs, Roy was delightful, friendly and professional. The unit is working great so far. A year ago they also replaced my hot water heater. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing & A/C Medic.

Robert and Dylan were so professional, gave me all the options to best fix my issue, and even suggested one of the less expensive options. Will absolutely recommend them for any service!
