Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

Imaging it’s 4 days before thanksgiving and you’re about to host about 30 out of town guest when your plumbing backs up into multiple toilets the day your guest are arriving. We’ll, this happened to me - on a Sunday no less. I was freaking out! I called second opinion plumbing and Clayton came to our house on a Sunday and fixed our clogged septic system. Joe and his assistant were friendly, professional. Joe took his time to listen to why I called. The orangey colored water came from the hot water heater. We didn’t realize how bad it was until he took the hot water heater off the platform. Joe took the time to explain everything thing that was going on with the plumbing in my home possible future problem to watch. He removed the reverse osmosis system in the kitchen and pointed out possible future problem with the garbage disposal. And at the last minute we discovered issues with the master bathroom double sink plumbing and fixtures which he said he could fix on this trip. Which was nice since it was approaching the end of the working day. It was more expensive than what I was expecting. But, I will say that I can rest easy knowing that the water heater and the plumbing with the double sink in the master bath will not be giving me problems in the near future.

We all need repairs from time to time. First time using EZ Flow Plumbing...turned out to be a good choice! The service call (clog in line) went smoothly from beginning to end.
