Needed emergency air conditioner repair on my 82 year old father's home unit. He was feeling ill from the air conditioner going out. This company is very professional, caring with great customer service. They were able to come out the same day when others had 24 hour wait times.

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

Charles was awesome. Very prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Since ut was a very simple fix he was able to perform the repair with no charge and showed me how to address it should it occur again. I will be using them go forward for any plumbing needs. No trip charge or service fee is a huge bonus to boot. Strong reccommdation.

Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? PlumbSmart was absolutely fantastic. To start the process, I talked with Matthew and Nick at the office. I’m still not sure who was nicer or more informative. Charles came out to the house in a very timely manner to take the necessary measurements and to provide quote options. No pressure — unlike those companies you hear about on the radio whose names are “hard to spell” — just good, honest information at fair and reasonable prices. Extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable. When the time came, Charles also installed our new water softener and did a fantastic job. Trent and Brad, our A/C installation team, were awesome as well. Personable, informative and very respectful of my family’s space during this season’s “work-from-home” environment. I was floored with their service as well as their attention to detail during the clean-up process. From start-to-finish, a full 5-star rating. I’m a new customer, but will never go anywhere else for my plumbing or air conditioning needs.
