Best Routine Inspection in Gilbert AZ

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and it was starting to back up into our dishwasher 🤮 Of course this happened at one of the busiest times for my husband and I. I was frantically looking for a plumber who was honest and not going to charge me ridiculous amounts of money. I found them on Angies- instead of giving me the run-around and not telling me how much they would charge, they quoted me on the phone and got to my house quickly. Miguel came and started working right away and showed me everything. He wasn’t sales-y. He checked my water pressure, flushed my water heater, and gave me a ton of maintenance tips for free in addition to solving my drain problem (my dad is a waste-water engineer so I ran everything by him to verify). It cost me only $103 vs other places (which I know are generally in the $250+ range). Since we are moving, he told us that they will do a free camera inspection of the pipes in the new place. This company is top-notch and knows how to take care of their customers. 🤗

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair/installation. As a personal preference, I love their orange color shirt and trucks! Thankfully APC plumbing just called to remind me to leave a review so I could get a $25 gift card; I can’t believe I’d forgotten to leave a review on how poor they were. AHS sent this plumber out to clear a clogged toilet. When the technician arrived he looked at the issue and tried to take the clear out caps off but said they were stripped and would call AHS to notify. AHS called to inform me that the technician had relayed the information to them that the caps for the clear out were stripped and therefore a new clear out would need to be installed at a cost of $600 and that he had augered the toilet and shower with no luck. All three statements were blatant lies. The clear outs are behind the toilet and can only be accessed by removing the toilet and utilizing the coin slot style indentation in the cap to unscrew. JR was only in the home for 3-5 minutes and did not even bring in the equipment to try and auger the toilet or shower. Thankfully, upon expressing the facts to AHS they sent out a different plumbing company who came out the next day and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
