I was having an inconsistent problem with my water heater. After looking things over Josef explained the possible causes and why he'd settled on one cause vs another as being the culprit (process of elimination). He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the explaination of possible causes as well as an explanation of all options moving forward. He finds good quality solutions while keeping in mind a budget.

Terry and his company came out to my vacation home very promptly and installed a new water heater. Before I knew it he had already installed it! Looked great and very professional. He also explained to me how it works and gave me some pointers. He went above and beyond his duty. Would highly recommend his company anytime, as I will be using him for all my plumbing needs. Our office had an odd smell for a few months so we had them do a smoke test to find a pipe leak. They found it fast and replaced the broken piece quickly. Fantastic!

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.
