Best Repair Water Softeners in Gilbert AZ

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. This is the second time I’ve used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and I will use them again! Very quick, I called after hours and got a call back that night. He came out and fixed the leak the next day. He thoroughly troubleshooted the problem. He fixed the leak, answered questions, and even went above and beyond to test the hardness of my water for me (inside and out). Great, great service!!

I’ve been living in this house since April 2020. I’ve had two plumbing problems, both times my home warranty didn’t help. I called ASPEN in both scenarios and they’re Service was exceptional. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone that truly will help and not just try to inflate the bill.

We had Arid Valley Plumbing LLC install our new water softener. A lot of plumbing companies seemed to not want a small job like ours or wanted to upsell. Arid was great. They listen to what I needed done and got right on the job. I could not be happier.

First time using Second Opinion, and I was impressed. Charles was the plumber that helped us. He understood exactly what needed to be done after asking a few questions. He was fast, did the work perfectly, and we were charged a very reasonable rate. Will use them again!

I've used Diggers Plumbing several times and the service is ALWAYS exceptional. They are reasonably priced and seem to be available at anytime night or day. I appreciate their knowledge and making sure I know just what to do/not to do to prevent any plumbing issues.

Had to have my replace my 16 year old Gad water heater. Called the company and someone came out within an hour and replaced it on the spot. Definitely would recommend, very friendly and informative!

Called THS and they came out the next morning. Brian was fantastic, installed smart thermostat and we had to replace transformer because it's an old system. Did some other tests while in the AC and realized compressor was pulling very low amps. Installed a compressor saver. Had all parts ready to go. Will use THS again.

*Outrageously expensive* for the service offered. They wanted $995 in order to clear a sewer line.

I suffered the emergency trip charge ($350), assuming that their prices would be at least in the ballpark of other plumbers ($100 - $400) or that some of the trip charge would count towards the service provided. I did not have a clue what their standard prices were until I had already been charged for the trip fee. $1345 to clean a sewer line (trip charge + cost of service) is absolutely ridiculous! So I refused their service.

I hoped to recoup maybe half the trip charge since the only thing the plumber did was confirm the diagnosis of the problem; no work was performed. I was told that there is a no refund policy. They did offer a $200 credit towards future service, but this is worth little because of their markup.

With some patience, I waited a day and had another plumber visit, snake, and put a camera in my sewer line for $255 total (no trip charge). Perhaps using a water jet would have cleared the sewer line better, but it was not worth 4 times the price and no pricing options.
