Best Pipe Leaking in Gilbert AZ

I can't believe how quick my kitchen sink problem was solved with Pink Plumbing and Sewer. They were unbelievable and very professional. Five stars from the beginning to the end.

DO NOT GO HERE! I never leave bad reviews but oh my gosh they were terrible! We made an appointment online and then called to verify the time for the Next day they verified and said they would call 30 min before apt. Then we never heard from them the next day. We called after the scheduled time slot to see why they didn’t show and they said the tech assigned to us did not work that day…. They said they would call us the next morning, and they did not. So we called them and they said they could come between 10 and 2. They called us back an hour later saying just so you know it will cost $505 to do the job, without us even explaining what we needed done. All that we needed was for them to come out and look at our water/ sewer line. To make sure we can drain our pool. We tried explaining and the guys just said “yeah that’s what we charge because it will take me at least 3 hours.” Anyways they are non responsive and have terrible customer service.

Allen went above and beyond to help with issues we were having with our shower. He was also very courteous in answering all of my many questions. Will definitely be returning to A+ for future plumbing needs!

I want to thank your company for being great to work with, I had a scheduled appt for a Sat, my wife changed it without telling me, and you guys came EARLY!! That's huge for us, it allowed my wife to deal with our issues first part of the day and get other things done that needed done, she didn't have to wait around all morning wondering! Your service tech was super friendly and professional, although went I got the invoice (which we paid without hesitation) I don't think I have ever in my life hired a plumber, I did not expect the amount to be so high considering we supplied the faucet, the toilet parts, etc. We expected it to be around HALF of what it was, however, I truly believe paying top dollar should have its rewards for great service, great work and we hired the best company (and I'm really big on good review ratings). Have a great 4th! 👍

Leak repairs done promptly – you guys are reliable and efficient..

They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

Michael is great! He is very responsive and his work has been quality. He definitely knows what he is doing. I’ve used him twice and will continue to call him in the future.

Kendall was recommended to me by my regular plumber, Hacienda Plumbing Inc in Gilbert. I called Kendall Plumbing and Rooter about my clogged drain at 4pm in the afternoon. They were there by 6pm, cleared the drain and charged me a very reasonable price. Scott was the technician and he was professional, thorough and wore a well fitted cloth mask the entire time. I realize why my regular plumber would recommend them for clogged drains and sinks. Highly recommend!
