I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Outstanding service! I called for an estimate and they quickly added me to their schedule. When the plumber (James Spears) arrived for the walk through and estimate, he was very professional. listened to my idea and provided the best solution. PlumbSmart was able to start the very next day on my laundry room relocation project. James and a second plumber Marco V did exceptional work . They did a weeks worth of work in two days, their attention to detail and hard work represented the company well. I will for sure recommend this company to family and friends. We are now ready to use our new laundry room thanks to the plumbsmart team.

In addition to a job well done, Jason was on time, clean, professional, open for questions, respectful, double checked making sure there is no issue/problem on the project he did - even stayed a little longer for that reason, & he smiles. I definitely will call him or his company again.

Justin came to my home on 1/20/21 to fix a slow flow of Hot Water at my kitchen sink and replace a sink lever in my Master Bath. I was so glad with result that I hired Superstition and Justin especially, to replace my 15 year old Water Softener and replace RO Filters. Quote was exactly what I was charged and he was on time and left my home spotless. I'll definitely use Superstition (and Justin) again.

Before I start, I have never left a review before but let me just say, I had a great company come out to my property! I called into my home warranty due to a leak that I had in my ceiling, I spoke with Cici to make an appointment, she was very helpful and got me seen with a plumber same day! Plumber was on time and had all the work done. Overall I will recommend Anytime Home Services to all my friends and family!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
