Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Pretty horrendous day. We had the bathrooms and toilet leak water and a family emergency. We called another company who was going to charge us $200 weekend fee AND on top of that we would need to pay for repair. I called roto router and they said they could have someone by 6pm. The other guy hasn’t showed up so we went ahead with Roto Router. Anthony came with on an hour of calling. He was very kind and explained the process needed to clean the drains and the warranty that came with the job. He also provides us with additional information to follow up with the issue. Definitely using this service again!

We had our water heater flushed. The tech was prompt, courteous and the area was as clean when he left as when he arrived. We would use them again.

We had Christian come in our home to replace the bathroom sink faucet & also our kitchen faucet. He did a great job 👏, I also must add he was very clean. Ryan answered my call late Friday night for a tub stem that broke off inside the cartridge. He said he would be there by 9 the very next morning and he was here right when he said he would be. Very reasonable prices considering my situation. Ryan is very professional and had our shower/tub up and running better than it was before. 10/10 recommend and 10/10 would use him again!

Plumbers with Precision! The precision with which they tackled our plumbing issue was impressive. They didn't miss a beat and left us with perfectly flowing water.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
