Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Came the same day, water leak in wall pipe burst
Arranged everything that needed to be done. Plumbing completed. Waiting for wall and floor to dry out before rest of repairs to be done.

Not professional. Came out on a warranty call and insisted the new water heater i purchased just needed a new element. There was a fire in the water heater that melted the wires and part of the panel in the unit. After sending pictures to the manufacture, they instantly approved a replacement unit. Water Heaters West in not a licences contractor. Which makes me wounder why the manufacture would be using them. Just look at the attached picture, the fact that anyone would recommend installing a new element in a heater with wires that are burned is absurd.

I am a general contractor, and I have used Solace on about 30 or so projects. They will get it done right, in the rare instance where we think something should be different, they are responsive and always ensure we are pleased and my customers are HAPPY. Companies are good when they handle things while everything is flowing smoothly. These guys are great with how they handle the less smooth projects as well. 10/10 recommend.

Jimmy Joe's plumbing have completed many different plumbing jobs for us over the past few years. Everything from installing 2 x new water heaters, all new toilets, replacing shut off valves to unclogging the main sewer line. We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.
