I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Jalal Judai did a very thorough job unclogging our garbage disposal and flushing it. He cleaned up under sink after repair. He was very competent in diagnosing what needed to be done to resolve problem. Thank you.

Frederick and Sons installed a new air conditioner for me today. I love working with them. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and here when they say they will be. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

We had to have our AC unit moved and they did a great job re-positioning it and getting the differential temperature split fixed. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.

Liked the fact that a pic of the technician comes in advance of their visit. The work was well done. I would say that the estimate should have been a bit closer to final amount as it started at about $200, went to $700 and finally ended at $600. I called Thomas home services after feeling cool air instead of warm when my heat I had change the thermostat up to 75 Wednesday night. They promptly dispatch someone the same day to my home. Bryan was the HVAC technician they sent and was I glad he quickly analyzed what the problem was up on the roof. He went out without a hesitation and returned. He told me in simple terms. What the problem was. He was professional and told me what he was going to do and how he was saving money and how I would save money on my heating bill. I wanted to give it time so I could see and feel if what he did worked. Last night, I was happy and comfortable that Heating what is providing heat, but it wasn’t running constantly like before. On one at around 2 AM for short intervals the temperature was comfortable. I had it set at 70 this morning it came on. It’s working great. Brian is an excellent professional technician amiable. Nice and agile. He was not able to get up on that roof two or three times he fixed it I highly recommend him. Home services without hesitation.

I took my chances and Googled a sewer jetting company and Mason Pro Services popped up. I gave them a call within moments David was scheduled to go out! David performed professionally and quickly keeping me in the loop at all times even provided photos of the sewer line issues! The ladies in the office were also very professional getting all the required information the first time. Seriously, a no brainer here…if you have plumbing issues call Mason Pro Services they were excellent!!! I will be using them again!

Technician arrived several minutes ahead of schedule after calling to confirm. Checked the entire system. Cleaned the coils and the attic capacitor as a needed additional service.Everything was explained fully and any problems going forward were explicitly outlined. He wasted no time completing his agenda.As always, the technician was neatly dressed, courteous and well-spoken. Understood all the nuances of A/C and we discussed additional new features for later consideration.

Called Wednesday afternoon to have main drain snaked next day. They told me between noon and 4pm. They called at 3pm and told me no one could make it. We have a funeral this weekend and 50 people coming over. They are supposed to have 24 your emergency service, but no one available tonight or Friday to do the work. They did offer to find a different company, but I have been waiting all day for them and they left me hanging. They say they care but they obviously do not. If you have guaranteed service and customer satisfaction, as their website says, then you make it work, even if you have to call in an off duty tech. I am done with their company.

Communication was excellent and so was the work performed. My initial call was answered by Eric who took my info and promised to call me back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. And he did just that!!

I got on their schedule for two days later between 10 and 12. At 9:30 I got a text saying Richard Hansen was enroute. At 10:00 he rang my doorbell, introduced himself, confirmed the work to be done and jumped right on it. He was very pleasant and professional and very efficient. He completed the work, tidied up and we settled up.

The initial price Eric quoted was exactly what was charged. Richard emailed me a copy of the paid invoice.

I’m very pleased with the entire experience.
