Best Hvac Maintenance in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

TeoPros is awesome! They have been able to sort out a lot of issues for me including plumbing and painting. I highly recommend working with TeoPros. Ingrid is very responsive and great to work with, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to get all my projects done in the a timely manner.

Thomas Home Services was engaged to diagnose a problem with the air conditioning at our daughter's home. Mateo is the technician who was sent on the call. Mateo was on time and went to work diagnosing the problem. He identified what needed to be done, found the parts locally and went to work. Mateo is professional, knowledgeable and very skilled. He took time to explain the problem and solution and explained what he was doing as he worked. The end result was the issue was fixed within a matter of hours instead of days or weeks. We were very grateful for the service and consideration Mateo provided and will be using Thomas Home Services going forward.

First of all, wow! Incredible plumber. Most honest plumber I have ever met.
Right off the bat he shared how a restoration company was not needed which made it clear to me the kind of plumber I was dealing with. Very honest with endless integrity.
Most plumbers only care about recommending a restoration company to get a referral fee which they care much more about than they ever do the plumbing job itself. Not neighborhood plumbing. Sam was out at my house and cared much more about the job he was hired for then recommending a restoration company that is only in it for the money.
Sam came out and exchanged a leaking water heater and shared exactly what we are already going to do about the pedestal that got wet. He even shared to not call a restoration company and file a claim when there is absolutely no reason for it.
Again, call 100 plumbing companies to your house and 99 of them will do everything they can to get you to file a claim with your insurance and get a restoration company out there so they can receive a referral fee. But when you call neighborhood plumbing you get honesty which you almost never see in the plumbing world.
We strongly recommend neighborhood plumbing and air conditioning for all of your plumbing and air-conditioning needs. You will get a very fair price, honesty, and incredible work.

First of all, they scheduled us for today which was great. However, there is a $39 charge just to show up at your home. Our particular job was to simply replace an existing kitchen faucet. We purchased the new faucet from Home Depot. The technician told my wife it would be $439 to replace the faucet.My wife said that is outrageous and told him NO. $439 to remove the existing kitchen faucet and replace kohl it with a new one is total price gouging!
