I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Great team of professionals that installed our new 85 inch tv on the living room wall perfectly with excellent care. Moved 3 tv’s in total and did not leave until they were all properly reconnected. Coming back soon to rework our home Wi-Fi system.

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

They were fast, professional, very thorough, and fixed the issue THE FIRST time they visited. They also took the time to explain the failure and look for other related issues.

I am very pleased with this company and their quality of work. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

The company is very reliable, trustworthy, courteous and Justin called the day of to give me updates on his arrival. Which I highly appreciate because usually that doesn't happen and you are left waiting and waiting! I had THS come quote installing a bathroom sink for me. They quoted a ridiculous price of $1200, but only told me that after having a tech come to my home for a service fee. I asked if the price would be different if I bought the sink elsewhere myself, and they said no, this is the price either way... so why did I waste my money on the service fee when they could have told me the cost over the phone, or at least a range depending on options?

These are shady business practices.

The tech who came out was quite kind. I felt bad for him because he know the price was ridiculous - I could see it in his demeanor. I hope he finds a company to work for that doesn't put him in those challenging situations due to their intensely inflated prices.

Mike came over to fix my bath tub fixture. It was a quick and easy fix for him. He was easy to talk with, was good with our dog that is not so nice, and even wore booties over his boots in our home since we don't wear shoes in the house. I highly recommend EX Flow Plumbing!

They were timely and straight forward and honest in decisions of item/items needed to be repaired.
Customer Service is very good and I would recommend them heartily!
