I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had great experiences with Frederick & Sons. They've taken care of my A/C for 3 yrs now and even did some plumbing work for us that we were very happy with. I highly recommend Frederick & Sons, but most of all I recommend Edward as your service tech!

This is the second time I have used this company and have not been disappointed either time. They installed a new AC unit at my business and then repaired an outside broken water pipe at my home. They had to work in unbelievable conditions ...115 degrees and had to dig 25 feet from house to street. Work was done well. Clean up was unbelievable. Kudos to both Justin and Austin!! I would recommend them and this company any time!!

After two no shows for scheduled service all was good once tech showed Vicky was very helpful working to assign tech

Brian did a great job removing some plumbing for a basement sink we removed during some remodeling, and the price and quality was the best compared to 3 other quotes we received.

Horrible professional experience with this company. Delta Mechanical blew off (no show) two scheduled appointments with me. I will never use this contracted firm with Home Depot. Absurd they even have a existing contract with HD. Run!

I wanted to take a minute to add to my 5 star review after my experience with one of Mason's techs, Tristin, a couple of weeks ago. I've used Mason for about 20 years so I've met with quite a few techs over the years and always had a good experience with all of them. This time, Tristin came out to help me reconnect my T-stat and do a diagnostic check of my HVAC system. He was terrific in all aspects. he took the time to learn about the problem, spent the time to troubleshoot the problem and investigate various options to resolve. He was always pleasant and professional. At no time did he show any impatience at the time it was taking to work to correct the problem and didn't leave until he had completed the reconnection and thoroughly completed his diagnostic check -- then he was good enough to replace a hard to reach return filter for me. Definitely 5-star service!

Service Tech Gilbert was very helpful and professional throughout the process of my service and thorough. Overall got what I needed done in a timely manner, I would use this company again in the future. Highly recommend, definitely request Gilbert!

We had a water line break in one of our walls, so I called Right Now Plumbing. They where able to get over to our home promptly to help us out. Stephen was the name of the plumber who showed up. He was very professional, friendly and was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed much quicker than my wife and I had expected. We had a great experience with Right Now Plumbing and definitely recommend their services to anyone who has a plumbing issue.
