I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Richi P. came by to complete a repair on copper piping connection to an oversized bathroom tub spout for a jacuzzi tub.He spoke with me and then proceeded to do some research on what might work for a part that wasn’t available other than special ordering an entire new set at Home Depot with no turnaround time on shipping arrival. Richi made some calls and figured out a way to get it done when my 4 other attempts were unsuccessful. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and got the job done!

We had a huge water bill. Travis and Sons came highly recommended for this type of issue. They came out right away, found we had a leak under the home and gave me several options.That day our water line was fixed and we didn't have to worry about wasting water or a high water bill!

After making fresh lemonade, I tried putting lemon peels in my garbage disposal because the internet said it would make it smell nice. What it did was block my kitchen sink. So, after doing something foolish, I countered by doing something smart. I called 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Scott Epps came out promptly, fixed my clog fast, was courteous and kind. He did not call me stupid for putting lemons in my disposal. In all, I would rather not have needed a plumber, but since I did, I am glad I called 911 Heating and Plumbing and Scott Epps.

Best plumber ever!! Called these guys to fix a shower and they saved me over $700! I am so glad I found them. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, fixed the problem and did I mention saved me more than $700 based on the first plumber I had come look at the job!! My GO TO plumber from here on!!

We had 3 different technicians from a well known company come prior to having Matt from Plumbsmart come out. Matt had our a/c issue diagnosed in less than 10 minutes!!Matt was friendly, professional and explained things well. The office calls ahead to verify time of arrival. And then Matt called when he was 30 minutes away. Great company!! Will use them in the future. And would highly recommend them!!

Technician Riley went above and beyond our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He is a huge asset to this company! We had AC issues, and he was able to troubleshoot locks that had been put on the units by prior servicing of units by another company we had no keys to. Very Impressed! Thank you!

EZ flow plumbing was a great referral given! The comustomer service was great and they were able to get someone out the same day for a free quote and review of my issue. After checking out my water heater leak, we went over what my options were. Overall, I needed an expansion tank but my water heater also had a ton of pipes not properly up to code. Greg was detailed and made sure to explain everything. He provided me 3 different quotes, the last one being a quote for all piping to be replaced and an expansion tank with a great price and 3 year warranty. Greg cane back out for the work quote and all issues look to have been resolved! He worked quickly, showed me everything at the end, and was kind the whole way through. Currently, my water heater is no longer leaking and all is looking great!
