Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

I have used 911 Heating and Cooling three times. Aside from everything else, they gave me the impression they really cared about my house. And they were extremely neat and careful.

I noticed water leaking at the base of my water heater so I called second Opinion Plumbing, and they came out the same day. They were very nice and helpful on the phone, and Charles Harvey installed a new water heater within a couple of hours. Very nice job, and professional installation. I'll be calling them again for future work.

They are on time, very nice, and they know what they are doing.

Contacted Plumbsmart yesterday, scheduled for this morning. Here on time advised what I needed regarding toilet. He replaced toilet and addressed additional issue found while replacing toilet. All completed same day in a timely manner and tidy work.

Had scheduled 2 separate times and they no showed both times even though the called and text saying they were on their way. Wasted 2 days waiting on them. Absolutely horrible experience and would not let this business anywhere near friends and family!

The good reviews on this company IN MY OPINION are FAKE!

My mother (senior citizen), went to home depot yesterday because her water heater was leaking. She got a quote from Home Depot.

Before home depot finished inputting her information, a person name TRISTAN called her on her cell phone and told her not to pay home depot but to go direct through them and she wouldn't have to pay tax. He quoted her $1,178.00 to install the water heater ($799.00 water heater). Sounds like a good deal right?

Wrong

Too good to be true.

The people showed up at her house today and wanted her to sign an invoice for $1,878.00 before beginning work. That's a SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR DIFFERENCE IN EXCESS of what she was quoted on the phone.

She attempted to reach Tristan, ended up with someone out of state, and was then transferred to a wrong person.

So not only did they bait and switch, but backsold Home Depot who uses them as a contractor and played the phone game which disallowed a resolution.

Fortunately I am in a position where I can reach actual Home Depot executives at corporate, and I will be informing them that this company is back selling them (cutting them out), and also advising them of the bait and switch.

This is unacceptable.

The office was very responsive. I got an appointment for the next day. I asked for about 1 hour notice so I had time to get to the house. Jim was on time, friendly and professional. He gave me great straightforward info about my AC without giving me a big sales pitch. Thanks so much!

Our experience with Precision for a heat pump replacement was refreshing. They were prompt and courteous. From site walkthrough to completed installation in under a week. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them or use them in the future. Thanks!

Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.

Plumbing & A/C Medic is one of THE best Company's I've ever called for service! Arrived home late afternoon to find my gas hot water tank leaking water from the bottom and onto my garage floor !! Upon inspection I discovered it was original to the house and over 20 yrs old ! My sons recommended that I call Plumbing Medic and am SO happy I did. Plumbing & A/C Medic had someone to my home within 45 minutes. Their technician, Dave was so knowledgeable and explained all of my options for replacing the unit.Dave did an excellent job !! Not only did he have to change the water shut off pipe and valve because of corrosion, but also had to run new copper pipe to accommodate the larger tank ! All in all he did a beautiful job for me and my home ! I intend to call Plumbing & A/C Medic for any future needs. They were courteous / kind and prompt.

Emailed for a checkup on Aircon system, no response, they obviously have too many customers and should lose some so they can respond to potential ones.
