Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

Just had a new water heater installed by Brian and it was a great experience. The prices they charge are extremely reasonable and actually quite phenomenal relative to the big guys. I did a ton of research and ended up with them. They take the time to answer all questions and are very helpful. Super work and recommend them very highly. Don't wait to call them second, call these guys first!

From their HQ Holly was precise, on it, got us set up, all details noted and off and running......Eric, the tech had a diagnosis and a call into me shortly prior to the scheduled arrival time...🤣🤣....hence I missed his call...got back to him, he gave me his diagnosis, cost and one week follow up included to check and retest what he had just completed. Folks, that's about as good as you can get on an initial visit! Three thumbs up!! 👍👍👍

Bought a water heater through Home Depot, which is contracted with this company. They charged me $1,000 to install a water heater!! Not only did it take less than an hour (so $1,000/45min), but the installer was not personable at all! When I called to get more info and voice my displeasure with the cost, I was basically told too bad so sad.

Great service told me the problem i had and the cost no pressure to get work done they did a professional job and called me the next day to make everything was working properly

Talk about lifesavers! Abdiel, Mike, Edwin and the rest of their team treated us like we were their own family throughout our process. They did an excellent job of explaining what was going on, giving us options and being available with open communication throughout the entire process. What was set up to be an extremely stressful time having to redo all our plumbing was made a lot more comfortable with the help of their team. They helped guide us through the process of speaking with and filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. They went above and beyond any experience I have had with any plumbing company let alone other businesses. The sum of all fears is having your AC quit in Arizona in the middle of July. This is why I will be eternally grateful to Wheeler because I endured the least amount of suffering possible due to the speed and efficiency in which they were able to replace my failed unit. From the time I called them to the time the old unit was removed and replaced with a brand new one was under 2 days -- and they loaned me 2 portable AC units to keep the house cool while they did the installation. Two years later, the compressor on the unit failed (under the 5 year parts warranty) and they were able to get a replacement installed the next day and didn't charge me one cent for the labor. The owner, Shawn, is an old school, straight shooter that stands behind his work and does what he says he will do exactly on schedule. His techs are friendly, professional and precise and his office staff have been patient and friendly throughout all interactions I've with them over the past 3 years. Bottom line: there are a million AC companies in the valley and I was fortunate enough to find the hands-down best one of them all.
