Best General Plumbing Maintenance in Gilbert AZ

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Ryan answered my call late Friday night for a tub stem that broke off inside the cartridge. He said he would be there by 9 the very next morning and he was here right when he said he would be. Very reasonable prices considering my situation. Ryan is very professional and had our shower/tub up and running better than it was before. 10/10 recommend and 10/10 would use him again!

I’ve never had a plumber respond so quickly and do such great work until I hired no worries rooter. It was really refreshing to receive excellent customer service. He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

Tim and Jonathan were good at explaining and showing me the problem. Then my daughter oversaw everything and asked many questions. My brother in law called and asked even more. Each time, each answer was given politely, and respect and word illustration each time. They said it would be a 2 1/2 day job . I was happy to see the workers were diligent and got done earlier. The price was fair the work was done well. The workers were great and kept my daughter updated all the way till end. Kudos to them too. Thanks to all of them.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
