My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. True professional, thank you Josef Yarmas for all your help and courtesy.

It was suggested by my insurance agent that I have mental??? installed under my stinky and toilets. Frank checked them and they were up to standards, but found a leak in one (had a total of 9). He took care of the problem. I asked about another issue and will be calling to set up a time for him to solve it.

Super fast service. called at 7p and they were here to fix the problem at 8p. They charged a fair price for after hours service

Called on a Sunday, and got someone the same day. He knew what he was doing and got our hot water working in about 1.5 hours!

I had a shower cartridge housing stuck in the valve body after an hour and a half of great effort Joe had to cut out and replace valve body. He was here for 5 hours and did such great work. I would recommend them to everyone

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
