My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Our water heater gave up on Friday night, but T&S got us turned around in less than a day. Junior, our tech, was knowledgeable and courteous.

Had a few different quotes that water softeners, Reverse Osmosis, etc systems, but no one impressed me enough to make me purchase. Frank was great, and explained everything very well too. He gave us options to fit out household needs.

Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

Received excellent service from Brian on July 4th weekend. Their pricing is very competitive and he takes the time to explain process as well as individual tasks if you are interested. Presents a very professional demeanor; he has the proper tools and brings them in prior to starting job once he completes his assessment. I had mentioned I was having a problem with a specific part and he stopped at a store prior to arriving so he would have that part if necessary. Highly recommend this company.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

My water heater broke this morning. My technician Mike Cantrell was here by 11 and had a new water heater installed within 2 hours!! He was so friendly and informative. The water heater we had was a piece of junk. He installed a Ruud which is fully warrantied for 6 years!! I would recommend these plumbers to anyone!!!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
