I had a last minute A/C repair needed towards the end of the day, and Thomas Services was incredibly responsive and had a tech out in 30 minutes. Tyler S. was our technician, and was nothing short of incredible! We've had issues with our a/c unit two years in a row; each of those repairs clearly had not done a great job. Tyler explained the entire situation, and made it clear the steps that needed to be made to make sure our a/c unit is a well oiled machine moving forward. Not only was Tyler incredibly knowledgeable, but also very professional and thorough. He did not cut any corners, and made sure he explained the repairs so I (a person who knows nothing about A/Cs) had a complete understanding.
