This was absolutely the BEST home repair customer service I have EVER experienced! I had a BBQ gas line that ran within PVC underneath my patio slab that had corroded through and needed to be replaced. I had a leak in the master bedroom toilet. Patrick came in and assessed the problem and fixed it. Patrick has a great work ethics & has a very pleasant personality. he thoroughly looked for the leak after he fixed it double and triple checked. he takes pride in his work and I sensed it. I had them come out because my air quit working. The tec got it blowing cold air but told me everything that was wrong and gave me an estimate on what it would take to fix everything that was wrong. I already knew because Goettle had been out 6 months ago and the unit was 19 years old. He suggested getting a new unit but did not pressure me about it. The sales people came out and talked to me. I already knew what I wanted and they didn't try to get me to change my mind. I thought the price was too high but I haven't bought a unit in 19 years it probably was competitive with other companies They came out the next day and installed the unit and everything seems to be working fine. Work was done well and very quickly. Everyone that I had to deal with was very nice and courteous and made it a pleasant experience.

We use Under Pressure Plumbing for most of our plumbing needs. We sell countertops, cabinets and flooring but are not licensed for plumbing. Matt always treats our customers fairly and is always on time. We hear nothing but positive feedback and they are our go to reference.
