Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

Still waiting on my quote, but everyone that I spoke with were great. Very professional, courteous easy to talk to, and they made my a/c problem a priority. Very pleased with everyone.

Austin installed a water softener and explained clearly

We purchased two new units from new ac.com and Farnsworth Heating and Cooling did the install. Two crews arrived on time and completed the install on two split systems with total precision and quality. Will use them again and refer them needing HVAC work. Very impressed!!

The tech was on time and did the work described in the ad. He was very thorough. This would have been 5 stars but we were told that techs would enter the house wearing protective gear for the pandemic. We had to ask him to go back to the truck and get the gear.

Ty has a great personality and super energetic which is awesome. I was impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. I have no plans on calling any other plumber in the future!

Ivan was an excellent installer of our hot water heater. He arrived on time and has it all installed within 45 minutes. He truly made my wife's day!! Very courteous and very pleasant and was very knowledgeable. Cleaned up the area when he was finished. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Thomas was extremely kind and helpful. He was able to diagnosis the problem, go get the necessary part and install it all within an hour. Not to mention they were able to service the same day as the call to book an appointment. Could not have asked for better.
