I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Scott performed a sewer inspection for a new house purchase. He was professional, prompt and thorough. I would not hesitate to call him for future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Great company to do business with.

The company is very hard to get ahold of to get a issue resolved with duct work. We had a new A/C unit installed a couple of years ago, prior to having the new unit install I replaced most of the duct work in the house. Once I replaced the duct work the the old (undersized) A/C unit worked alot better and all of the rooms stayed alot cooler. We had the new unit (4 ton Goodman) installed and it works great with the exception of 3 of the bedrooms do not stay as cold as they did with the under sized unit. The new unit was installed the end of October and wasnt used until the next summer. I have been trying to get someone out to our house to figure out what happened to the duct work that the 3 bedrooms dont stay cool. We have had a service tech out and was told that the A/C system is working properly and that he would let the owner know that someone will need to bring a hood out to check the pressuer in the different rooms. Needless to say that was over a month ago. After waiting for a week and not hearing from the company I tried calling them with no luck of getting a answer (it almost seems like my calls are being avoided) I then called from a phone that my name doesnt show up on a caller ID and got someone to answer the phone with no problem and was told that it would be looked into and I would receive a call back. Not surprising but I still havent recieved a return call (that was about a week and a half to 2 weeks ago).

I phoned the company on Sunday and someone actually answered the phone. They said they would have someone out the next morning between 8am - 10am. They sent me a picture of my Technician and confirmed the time. Josh showed up on time assessed the situation and had my Water Heater delivered and installed by 2pm. He also referred me to a restoration company and had them at my house in under 90 minutes. I am so impressed by PlumbSmart Plumbing. I wish you had 10 stars because they deserve it. Fantastic, professional expedient service.

Replace capacitor, cleaning up the bost and freeze etc.

I highly recommend Delta Mechanical for your plumbing needs. They are outstanding with competitive pricing. My lovely wife and I needed a new hot water heater as our old one finally gave out. We scheduled a new replacement water heater through Home Depot and Delta Mechanical. In less than 18 hours we had a brand new water heater installed in our home. Matt the service representative for Delta Mechanical was awesome, very friendly, professional, understanding, nice and knowledgeable. He said he would take good care of my beautiful wife and I, and he did. Frankie the installer was also awesome, he was on time, friendly, hard working and also professional, well trained and experienced. If you need plumbing services I recommend calling Delta Mechanical and asking for Matt and hopefully he will schedule Frankie or a coworker like him to do the repair/install. Thank you.

Service was completed in a timely manner and my technician was extremely knowledgeable. All services were explained to me prior to being completed as far as the need and cost are concerned. My air conditioning unit stopped working after a bad thunderstorm . Although it iwas a busy time of year and a part had to be ordered my unit was repaired in a timely matter. I'm satisfied with the service I received and won't hesitate to use Precision Air in the future.

I would definitely recommend Stephen at Right Now Plumbing to everyone. He is prompt, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable, and he always does an excellent job. On multiple occasions he has saved me from some potentially devastating situations. On one occasion I was doing some remodel work on my parents’ house, and I accidentally put a Sheetrock screw through a waterline inside one of their walls. It immediately started flooding inside their wall, and turned what was supposed to be a simple Sheetrock repair into a disaster. I called Stephen, and he rushed over and saved my bacon. That’s only one one example of many. Stephen isn’t just a great plumber, he’s a great person. I would recommend him any day!
