We had a tankless water heater installed at the beginning of May. Solace Plumbing beat all other quotes I had. Dax was pleasant to work with and did the job (removing bad tank gas water heater and installing the tankless heater) quickly. We are happy with the tankless heater and impressed with Solace Plumbing - highly recommended!

I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.

Jim E came to perform a maintenance check on my Trane AC unit. He was very professional, personable, friendly, and very informative. I really enjoyed the experience.

I have been a customer of Precision for over 4 years and currently signed up for their maintenance plan. I had an issue with the A/C last week, called Thursday, they came out Friday, which was great. The not so great is that1. I was not supplied an estimate before the work was done2. I was not given any commitment as to how long the part would resolve the issue3. I was charged $900 (After my great 10% discount for being on the maintenance program) for a $135 part (retail) and 45 minutes of labor.I called the office immediately after the service call, spoke to a manager and he stated the technician would need to call me, which he never did. Not sure why the technician would have anything to do with this as I would hope the pricing is centralized - if not then any technician can charge what they want for any service. I am disputing the Credit Card charge and wanted to make others aware. The family owned business does not seem ethical and I will be taking my business else where. At most, this should have been a $300 call, that would be making $150/45 mins labor and $150 on the part.Edit 8.26.2022 after response from business. The technician did not supply an estimate before finishing the work, the technician never called me back, and yes, based on cost, you are not in my opinion, ethical, regardless of whatever award you got. Had a valve handle/stem break on our water main into the irrigation system. Called Stephen on Friday afternoon and fixed on Monday afternoon! Not a single plant suffered (despite the AZ heat).

I would definitely recommend.

There was a huge leak in my bathroom and if we'd asked maintenance we would have been charged 10 times more than a regular plumbing company would. We were recommended by another resident. They told me all we had to do was call in and they'd have some one out at my convenience. Usually when my maintenance guy comes in to do work, he does a sloppy job. He would leave a huge mess where ever he'd been working, use smelly chemicals for the pipework and only come when it was cleared on his schedule. Sometimes I had to endure long weeks with leaking pipes and a problematic toilets. I would wait so long that the leaking would cause water damage causing more money needed to spent on household damages. Silver Fox came in on time. They told me what they were going to do and estimated when they were going to be done. They did a great job with my sink and I haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend them!!!!

I didn't read my review from 2 years ago and got scammed again in 2022. Received a coupon in the mail that states they charge $64.00 drain unclog - any drain - Any time. I informed Victoria it was the roof pipe that needed to be unclog. I asked her if they also charged 64.00 for it. She assured me that was the only charge. I asked her at least 3 times if there would be any additional charges. At least 3 times she assured me there would not be any additional charges. Once the kid plumber got here he told me it there be an additional charge of 99.00 to climb on the roof. I told him i was told there would not be any additional charges besides the $64. He told me he would check with the office to see what the recording said. He came back and told me i was told there would be an additional $39 service charge. I told him that was not true because that is not what their flyer promises and i would not have accepted. Then he had the gall to tell me that with his 5 years experience he knew i needed an additional service for $550! I told him that with a company that so blatantly lies i would not hire him for anything. I also told him that the plumbers with the house plumbing warranty, with 25 years experience each, after cleaning our line indicated that the roof line needed cleaning. So don't waste your time or money! 2 years ago they wanted to charge me $400 to unclug our shower and 250.00 to find the clean out! I found a plumber that unclothed the shower for $89!..... - 2 yrs so review - I need my main to be cleaned out. I informed them I did not know where the clean outs were. I was told their technician was qualified to find them. I was told they had a special price right now of $64.00. The technician call and told me cleaning the line with the roto rooter is not good and that they had another process that really worked that is over 400.00. I informed him that using the roto rooter seems to have worked every time we have used it in other properties. Then I asked him about finding the clean out. He said he does not have the tools to do it. I informed him other plumbers find it with a metal rod they poke on the dirt He said he doesn't have it and that he would not dig to get access to it. I told him I would dig the dirt if he could locate the clean out. He said he would charge extra. I called the company back and they had a supervisor call me who said that to find the clean out would be over 250.00.Scam!!!! Thanks but no thanks!

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair/installation. As a personal preference, I love their orange color shirt and trucks!
