I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ok. Stop looking for plumbers. Call them now. Teo was here the same day, and was super fast and did great work at fantastic price. This is how plumbing jobs should be done. Stop reading this and just call them. No regrets.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

The technician arrived on time. When some issues were noted with my AC unit, he explained what they were and what was needed to fix or repair the problem.
I was quoted a fair price. I would highly recommend 911 Heating and Cooling!

So I had no hot water and was having trouble diagnosing the problem. When I called the office, the soonest a person could get out was tomorrow. This is
completely reasonable, but a long time for my family. Charles had done work at the house before so I called his number. It was his day off, but he picked me up and we talked through the potential causes. It turned out to be an electrical issue, and I connected with an electrician instead. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, as it saved me two days of cold showers. Thanks so much.

Very unprofessional, I was told I would get a call back to get scheduled in but after four days of no air conditioning in this summer heat and no call back and could not get anyone to answer the phone I had finally had enough. I got confirmation that my warranty would still be good if I used another company so that's what I did and reccomend anyone else reading this does the same.

They did an outstanding job with my tankless water heater. Even called the maker of my water heater and found out my system was under warranty. This company came in, installed my new water heater and repaired other issues. I recommend Cactus Plumbing And Air to anyone.

This company was absolutely terrible to deal with! We were without air conditioning for 6 weeks and most of this was related to their technicians not being knowledgeable and the lack of responsiveness by the office staff and manager. I would not recommend using this company.

I have had Mason Pro Services out to my home many times and have had great service. This weekend I found my outdoor unit iced up. It was extremely urgent that we figured out what the issue was because we are in the middle of summer and I have 4 dogs at home that could not be without air.

The team responded to me very quickly. Lucas was my technician and he was able to find the issue, thankfully the part that was needed to solve my problem was available to get me back up and running.

So grateful for the many team members it took to accomplish this for me, especially on a Saturday!

It does not take a genius to understand how serious air conditioning and plumbing is in a stat like Arizona. However, despite that fact, Silver Fox made an effort to show that when it came to it, they were, in fact, geniuses. My technician really seemed familiar with how my system worked and finished in a timely manner. I have honestly not encountered any problems since then. Great service, (not to mention reliable) and guys who know what they're doing it? I'd say that's a good deal. I definitely recommend them.

I had 3 drains backing up in to the house with raw sewerage. I needed someone right away to stop the drains from backing up. The dispatcher called me back right away, an within 2 hours someone was at my door from Plumbing &AC Medic It took him 30 minutes to clear my drain and the price was right.
