Best Air Conditioning in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Larry was amazing in fixing our unit down on progressions at Sunwest Choice and Rehab. He stayed late and finished the job. Super professional and honest and was able to save my faculty about 5 grand. Thank you 911 and Larry I will be using you guys again in the future!!

Great company have used for over 10 years

I sheared off a water spigot while attempting to remove a hose. The first thing PlumbSmart did was answer my call with a live person. The individual on the other end of the phone was friendly and scheduled Justin Jones to come out. When Justin arrived he was professional and discussed the options. We came to agreement to fix my spigot as well as replace the shutoff valve. Justin quickly got to work and delivered on his promise. Once the work was completed Justin explained the work that he did and ensured that I did not have any questions and concerns and if any should arise the promise that they would be addressed. Justin Jones is a rockstar! He was professional, friendly, and made me glad to have called PlumbSmart. PlumbSmart now has a new customer and I am highly confident that I will get quality service for any of my other home repair or improvement needs in the future. Thanks Justin!

Richie did a great job on our seasonal maintenance visit. He checked everything in the system inside and out, but also maintained social distancing and wore his mask (despite how hot it is outside!). Fast and honest service. Great company and customer service.

Wes was the technician who performed the service in June and today (8/26/2021). The leak was due to high water pressure, not faulty service. Wes was concerned about the pressure and offered solutions and explained everything in detail. Wes is a very pleasant, mannerly young man who was a pleasure to deal with.

Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else. He was done in a timely matter. Huge value in my my mind!! The quality was top notch and I was impressed with my experience!! I will recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing all day long!
