I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

John and Larry were very professional, polite, and courteous throughout the entire experience. They called me in advance, arrived on time, and clearly explained the options available to us. I would have appreciated an explanation of how the rate for the job was determined because it seemed a little high for a simple fix (they installed a new fill valve, supply line, and flapper seal with chain for $302.00), but the job was done well and in a short amount of time.
