Tony accepted a small repair job that most larger companies would have charged an outrageous price for. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Tony was so personable . I try to support small local companies and will definitely hire Tony again for any plumbing issues.

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.

Made three appointments with this company and got stood up all three times. After doing past business with them they still did not care about the inconvenience they put on me and my family. Their excuse was that they were too busy and they could not accommodate me in their schedule. Mind blowing how you could stand a client up three times and still not be willing to help or make an appointment happen. They never called me to tell me they weren't going to show either of the 3 times. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!

We called Roto Rooter concerning low water pressure in our bathroom faucet. They quickly sent out a service technician named Zack Jaber within the hour. Zack was very professional, polite and helpful. He was able to quickly fixed the problem and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling Roto Rooter for future service and I would give Zack Jaber a 5 star rating for being a great Technician for his company.

Integrity BS, heaven forbid they have some integrity and return phone calls. My tenants and myself have called numerous times to set up an appointment, but apparently Integrity Plumbing Heating couldn't be bothered to answer or return a phone call.

Invoice was sent without any break down no response girl clarification substantially higher about more than any other plumber charge
