Wonderful family company!! I have been a customer for several years. I trust Mr.
Dodd’s work and recommendations.

Someone came to my home one month ago but I never received a quote. I even called a couple times two weeks later and was told that they would reach out as soon as possible to give me an update. Never heard back. If you're unable to do the job then at least have the courtesy to let me know. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't use them!

These people are awful. They are thieves and unreliable. I had to call them many times to ask them to come see my plumbing project and give me an estimate. When they finally came to my restaurant to give me an estimate, they charged me $100. Most companies don't charge for an estimate (And they call themselves DISCOUNT Plumbing) . Not only that, but they never got back to me, nor did they get me my estimate. I called them many times and told them about it, and they kept saying that they'll check to see what the deal is and call me back. Never heard from them after that.

They came out when they said they were going to come out and finished when they said they would. Fantastic job.

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

I called Jose Cardenas from JC Plumbing, This young man came into the house new what the problem was, he never gave up until the problem was fixed. He’s a wonderful young man. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s honest and very patient. He wanted to make sure that I was able to have running water in the sink and be able to do my dishes which I haven’t been able to do for three days. I tried to find somebody honest enough to come into my house that was trustworthy and you don’t find that anymore. But this young man fits the bill. If I ever have another plumbing problem this young man will be the man that fixes the plumbing. It is so nice to know that there is people like him out in the world that are willing to help. Thank you so much JC Plumbing!!!!!!!

Absolutely great service! Scott and Jason did a wonderful job amending our plumbing for our ice maker. Only called a day before and Kristen was able to send them out the very next day. Very pleased and highly recommend!
