I have used Conner Plumbing Heating and AC for many projects at our home. They have the best customer service. Bob installed a outdoor shower as well as our gas logs for our fireplace. Fast friendly service and very affordable pricing. A business you can truly trust.

The plumber arrived on time and he was knowledgeable and kind. (And a dog lover!) The repair was completed in about an hour.

I have worked with Luke and Nancy on two occasions and they have been outstanding! Luke has a great background in many different areas, and I will be using him again for future projects and repairs.

Great experience on toilet repair

We've used Sean a couple of different times (capping a gas line and replacing a few outside faucet spigots). Sean is responsive (answers the phone), understands the issue, provides a fair price, shows up precisely when he says he will, and completes the work in a timely manner. We will continue to use Sean for all our future plumbing needs.

Excellent service at a reasonable price

For me i felt i got a fast response and they were able to do the job quickly. The cost was a bit higher than others and the job area was left a bit dirty since boots were used inside the tub to fix the drain. Other than this he got the job done and I would probably contact them again if I need something done quickly.

Jesse came by today and was very courteous and a extremely professional individual. We talked and laughed a little over a few things. By far the best company I’ve dealt with in plumbing. THANK YOU JESSE!! It means a lot man.

Good service repairing shower cartridge.

Called to A-1 American to get my AC fixed, was not blowing cold. Was told there was a $78 fee for the technician to show up but that it would be rolled into the cost if they did the work. Long story short.... the problem was a capacitor, $20 electrical part. It took the technician about 30 minutes to fix, and he was on his cell phone for a good part of that time. Total cost $378....way overpriced. When I called back the next day to get my bill explained.... Penny was very rude and told me because I had already paid and signed my receipt I was out of luck. I would never use this business again. Check out the Better Business Bureau page on A-1 American... I don't even think they have received all those Pilot awards that are in all their advertisements. Very over priced, and rude on the phone when I tried to get my bill explained.

They did a sloppy job, fixing main pipe leak . It took them a few times to connect pipes after removed the concrete.... Did not replace the concrete as agreed , put back the old broken concrete and cover it up....The Owner Carlton Jones Gave us a warranty, but a couple of months later the pipe shoots up water again....the owner did NOT answer the phone , his mail box is full, NO response to text.
