Hands down the worst parts house expect the wait an hour and a half before you can be seen at the counter it doesn't matter one person or 500 people there is no sense of urgency or care

Brandon and Zack enlarged and installed our gas line for our BBQ. They were informative about what needed to be done and they completed the work quickly. They were friendly and left the work area neat and clean when they were finished.

I’ve used him in the past— present —and will continue to use him in the future for his diligence, attention to detail and upmost professionalism. Your search is over— he will not disappoint and he will certainly try his best to meet or exceed your expectations (for me it’s the latter). I highly recommend him.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

They quoted me for a job to put two clean outs and replace some plumbing. I agreed with the price and scheduled the job; however they never showed up on the day we agreed on. I followed up with them and rescheduled again, and once again they did not show up. This happened two or three more times and they never came to perform the service. Really bad communication from them, they should have just told me they could not do the job instead of having me waiting.

Professional and reliable, extremely fair pricing. Job included replacing backwater check valve with two way clean out line which necessitated deep excavation in front of the house. Rick and Rudy were extremely careful and respectful of my landscaping design and plants and worked around my shrubs rather than just plow through and kill them, which I very much appreciated. They kept in contact with us, letting us know their plans of action before beginning the job. They stayed true to the estimate, which was CONSIDERABLY less than a mainstream company’s estimate for the same job. We have used Buffalo Plumbing before, and will continue to call them in the future. A truly honest company, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!!!!

Shafer is my go to for any plumbing and HVAC services. They are always prompt, personable and honest.

Big Frank’s was very responsive and provided same day service for a fair price. Needed a shower valve and drain installed because we were converting our tub/shower to a standup shower only. He did quite a bit of work for a reasonable price. Frank also provided us with tips to make sure the contractor that’s installing the shower is doing it correctly. He and his wife were very friendly which was a plus. Highly recommend Big Frank’s.

My grandmother is currently under warranty for them and they came over to fix the water heater breaking down which by the way took 3 different calls of them to get them over Here. After that it seemed that it wasn't fixed that the heating on the water is broke and it's the same deal. They simply don't answer or say your next in line to have your stuff fixed when they never show up

Worst plumbing company in San Antonio. If zero stars were an option then that's what they'd get. I watched a friend struggle time and time again to communicate and resolve an issue from a permit they pulled for unlicensed workers. And instead of coming to fix the issue they demand payment in advance before even coming to look at the damage caused. It's amazing a company like this is allowed to exist. If a guy named Marin shows up with 20 guys in his truck you are in for a bad time. Keep an eye on your tools because they will walk away when his crew is around.

MR.Padilla installed a new vanity in our upstairs bathroom .We went from a 2-bowl vanity to a 1-bowl free standing vanity . He did a great job always on time , cleaned up afterward each day. After completion ,he called to make sure we are satisfied. Job well done . We used his services 3x so far and highly recommend him . Thank you Tony
