Best Plumbers in Texas
I called Glenn Graham Plumbing to plumb a gas line for my fireplace and stove. They were prompt, knowledgeable and quickly pulled the permit did the install. After passing inspection they were even willing to reinstall the stove which the company I bought from installed incorrectly. They will be my preferred plumbers for as long as they are there. Great guys, I highly recommend them.

I had somebody else look at my leaky pipes and we though it was fixed but it turns out they were still leaking. Fabian was able to come check out my sink last minute on that same day I contacted him and fix the leak no problem. He was even able to come later that same week and install my water softener. My sink is working great and I love my new water softener ? he did the work at a VERY fair price!

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

I woke up this morning to water leaking from my second floor bathroom through the ceiling, and into my kitchen. After reaching out to several plumbing companies with no success, I was referred to Arnold Moos by a family member. From our very first interaction they were empathetic, responsive and professional. They worked to squeeze us into their schedule given the urgent nature of my need - and they were actually on time! When Juan showed up, he immediately began to assess the situation. Not only was he knowledgeable, professional and courteous, but he was able to solve our issue and unclog our lines rather quickly.Juan was effective, and his efficiency turned an otherwise bad problem into a completed solution. If 10 stars were an option I would give them that - do not call anyone else. Arnold Moos is your go-to for any plumbing needs!Thank you Juan and Arnold Moos!

BEWARE...He talks a good line. He came to clear out my stopped up drains. Cleared out backed up water in tub and toilet. A week later its backed up again, and he does take ownership to fix. He's charging me, AGAIN!!! I shouldn't have to pay again for work he should have done right the first time.

Great business! Fantastic service! I've used Green Star Plumbing Company San Antonio three times, and I wouldn't go to anybody else for my plumbing problems. This time, I had a slab leak that caused me significant concern. Juan, however, from Green Star Plumbing Company in San Antonio, came to my home and put my worries to rest. He saw to it that the slab leak was addressed effectively and affordably. You should contact them right away if you need any plumbing services!

We recently purchased a home and unfortunately experienced a nightmare. Our washer over flowed dumping all the water onto our floors. We immediately contacted First Aid Plumbing. Greg the technician arrived within the hour; introduced himself and was very polite. He began diagnosing immediately. Once he found the issue he cleared the build up from the drain line. He constantly communicated throughout the repair and was very informative along the way. He ran multiple test to ensure the problem was fixed. I was so relieved and very thankful for his service. I would like to thank First Aid Plumbing for taking care of our home.Honest, affordable , and quality service from First Aid Plumbing !I will always recommend them to anyone !- Ariel M , San Antonio, TX

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Colin and Brandon were excellent! They arrived on time and were very courteous and polite. I had many questions and they answered all of them in a way that I could easily understand. They made me feel like a valued customer and I I appreciated how efficient they were in replacing the kitchen faucet.

Had these “pros” come out and fix a leaking hose bib. They identified kitec plumbing, which was recalled years ago and had failed. Gave me a song and dance about how expensive the fittings are to repair the leak (actually, about $14 if you purchase them online), so they could charge over $800 for the repair (I needed the repair ASAP as I had no running water). Fast forward about 5 years and the fitting failed. New plumber saw the previous work and was amazed that it lasted as long as it did since it was the wrong type of fitting. He did a new, professional repair for $325. AAA should be ashamed of themselves.

The most terrible and unprofessional service I’ve ever received in my life, they are very unresponsive as well and do not get back to you when you ask them something.. it’s like talking to a wall.

Beware: 1 star is too much. Worst plumbing company my home warranty has ever sent out. The office manager, Belinda, is rude, talks over you, won't listen. Travis, the tech's supervisor, who never stepped foot on my job, told the warranty company the covered repair (a corroded pipe at the manifold) was a pipe modification which misled the home warranty to deny coverage. Travis and Julio, the parts manager, each said they would call the warranty to clear up the confusion and call me back. Neither did. Ten days later, I still have the leak and a 12 hole in my dining room wall.
