I am not sure if this is a legitimate business or not, but I have my doubts. I cerrtainly would never use them again. Read the following and decide for yourself.I made an appointmnet bcause my pool lights were not working and a switch outside was not working properly plus 2 on/ off switches needed to be replaced. I called two days before they were to arrive to add an order that I needed a smoke detector on a 20 ft ceiling reconnected. The perso that I spoke with repeated to me that a 20 foot ladder would be needed. I repeated this several times and so did he.Arrival window was 8 - 11. I called at 1052 to see when they might arrive. I was told they would be notified and would give me a call. I received no call though they said they had callled me. I have no record in my phone log of a call from them and had my phone with me the entire time. They show up at 1225. They have no work order and had no idea about the smoke detector on the 20 ft ceiling.The switch that was supposed to be fixed was not. I had the same problem with it that evening. They did get the pool lights on but went to the box and probably flipped a switch. They did not install the 2 wall outlets as I forgot to remind them to do it. Again they had no work order.They were here less than 30 minutes. The boss Alex did call me after they left with regards to the smoke detector. I had rescheduled but cancelled after thinking about the lack of professionalism, lack of preparedness, poor communicaiton, no work order, no estimate for sevices, late arrival, and saying that they called me when they did not. I also could not pay for the services before they left. They said I would be charged later. So I was charged $200 the next day. There is no breakdown of charges on the emailed invoice. So I have to pay $200 for basically nothing. I have my doubts that these guys were even electricians.
