I am in Ohio and my mom in El Paso called me yesterday and said she was losing so much water in an hour the water company shut off her water as a courtesy because her bill was over $600. I searched for plumbers in the northeast and gave my mom New Age's phone number.
She called me today and said someone immediately came out to her house to inspect and make sure it was not inside. The next day at 9am they were back at her house, located the pipe with the hole, and were able to fix in within a few hours.
My mom was so pleased, and so impressed with their service AND she said their price was extremely reasonable. Thank you, New Age, for taking care of my mom when she is so far away from me!

nice and professional: he knows exactly what he is doing, he saw the system in the first sight and he knew who installed it, and he knew the dilemma right away. After a few tests, he realized that the water pump should be replaced. He went out to get a new water pump, installed it, tested it, and it works. The dilemma is resolved in less than two hours including the time to get a new pump. fantastic work done!

Raul that guy name his nasty and disrespectful person does not know how to do his job he is lier and unprofessional with the customers he never does his job right and trashy and nasty he leave without pick up after him self . He need to respect people and be more professional and people dont hire him to do your job because he will never go to your place.

He left my kitchen dirty and used my bucket to clean my sink out. Didn't know that's how it went when I called a plumber. Then he charged me more than I was promised. And then I had to choose a star to post this. I don't want to give him a star.
