Every time I’ve used Santhoff (and I’ve used no other plumber since they were first at my house approx a year ago), I have been highly pleased. The plumbers are always very skilled and so professional. For today’s water heater installation, Juan came. I have only high praise for him and his assistant.

Once again Santhoff did a fantastic job! Their technicians and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jason and Luke not only fixed the problem, but educated me on what I can do to prevent the same issue in the future.

The team was professional and knowledgeable, they were genuine in their interaction and provided reasonable solutions to fix the issue vs skipping to get to the most expensive route. Jason knew what he was doing and he was reliable in his expertise, we trusted his opinion and he was able to fix the clog whereas another company told us we couldn’t. Jason and his fellow associate arrived in a timely manner after notifying me of their ETA. He quickly assessed where the water leak might be and proceeded to dig out the meter box and water pipes. The leak turned out to be within inches of the connection to the meter. They repaired the pipe, tested the water pressure, and cleaned up the area afterwards. Jason and his associate were both friendly, efficient and professional and I highly recommend them to others.

Jason and the team at Santhoff are wonderful. We’ve used them several times for different reasons, and they’re always super prompt and professional! Highly recommend for any plumbing issues you want fixed right.

Mac was marvelous! Very helpful. We discussed everything and he was through in determining what was not happening and what is happening! He also gave me ideas to try before moving forward on more expensive procedures!I did think the quote I received for a small little leak we found was a tad higher than it should be! We all are struggling right now and to repair one little leak should not be what they quoted.

Spoke to owner about a repair to a gas line. He responded that they didn’t do this particular repair but he spent time out of his day to locate and vet a company that did. His referral worked out great. Even though they couldn’t do the job, Santoff Plumbing really took care of me and I will be a customer going forward. Don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. Two thumbs up.

The entire team at Santhoff Plumbing was professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. They installed a new sink for us and handled everything from securing the parts to installation, turn key. It was all done within a few days of the first consultation. They were on time and communicated everything all the way thru the project. The team was prompt and did a good job fixing a leak that was in a very tight space. I really like that company sends an advanced email with the service team's pic so you know who exactly to expect from a safety standpoint. Really nice touch and shows care for customers.

After spending months trying to work with another company to fix an external gas lamp, I texted Santhoff Plumbing one morning. I got a quick return email and then call. We have been using Santhoff for 13 years and have never been disappointed. In fact, they replumbed our entire house last fall and did an excellent job. Our house is over 45 years old, so replumbing was a major job. The three guys (Manuel, Adam, and I forgot the last guy's name) did excellent work. Frankly, since the house is old and large, I expected a few leaks after they were done. I was wrong. There was only one minor leak behind a toilet. We found the leak on a Sunday and called Santhoff, they sent a plumber out within a few minutes, and he fixed the leak.Unlike many plumbers in the Houston area, Santhoff's plumbers do not receive extra compensation for selling more services and products. They do not try to upsell anything. They identify the problem and fix it right the first time; that's it.Yes, we are very happy with Santhoff, and we will continue to use them for the next 13 years.

Juan came out to provide an estimate for us regarding adding a gas line, and he was very informative, courteous, and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was very respectful of my desire to have someone wear a mask inside of our home which I appreciated.

I've been using Santoff for years and this is the second visit by Ahdor, he's done a great job each time.

We discovered a leak inside our home Christmas Eve at 11:30pm and when I called on Christmas Day the next morning, after leaving several voice messages for recommended plumbers - Santhoff called me back in 30 minutes and got someone to our house that afternoon, identified and repaired the leak. I was so grateful to their quick response, detection and repair on a holiday!

The evening before, we discovered a leak that had caused significant damage to our walls. They were at our house by 11:30 the next day (did not put a emergency request). Manuel and his helper were respectful, helpful, shared insight, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them!!

Main drainage papi was clogged and have a stoppage, HIRE H & H Plumbing to do a snake machine after drilling 6 ft they right away tell me I need a camera inspection that will cost $350+ and it will take a day for warranty to respond and never heard back since. SCAMMERS!! Dealt with Santhoff Plumbing Company on my previous house and call them again for another service.. I can honestly recommend them. You GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! AND ITS WORTH IT!!

A cluster f. Manuel was nice, but in retrospect I should have stopped the process before they reverted to cutting pipes in the attic and tearing up the walls to clear a bathroom sink drain pipe, ultimately costing $1500. Also paid to fix a dripping faucet; it’s still dripping. I’ll think twice next time.
