I give this electrician company five stars because Ryan the technician and the owner provided excellent customer service! I called today and Paul, the owner, was able to get Ryan to come out and repair a breaker that was causing my garage door, and five GFCI outlets to stop working. The price was reasonable and I'm not complaining after having to open my garage door manually for two weeks. This will be my electrical company for any future electrical problems that I may have. If you need someone dependable and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing, just call Paul Richard Electric.

I got texts & phone calls outling when the techs would arrive. They arrived on time & listened to the problem & then quickly decided an action plan. Looking forward to their repair proposal. All if this was done as a free estimate.

Used Mr. Electric to wire our office expansion, they were quick, thorough and professional, would recommend them to anyone.

John arrived on time. He was respectful and professional. He assessed and took care of the issue. He even gave me some tips on keeping my electrical fixture running smoothly. I have previously used this Company and the fees are reasonable but this time the cost seemed a little expensive. I am satisfied with the job done.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Received excellent service. Tae the electrician was very knowledgeable of his job. Answered all questions and explained everything he was doing. He gave an estimate before starting work as requested. Very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

My life has been made easier by this firm. My home's light fixtures are always fixed by them, saving me the expense of hiring a repairman. Every new fixture I purchase always includes free lifetime maintenance!

I needed work done quickly so could not afford the time to negotiate the price or find an alternate electrician. The price started at $3,800.00 but dropped to $3,500.00 when I questioned the cost. 3 men completed the work in 4.5 hours with about $200.00 of material. I also got them while on site to run 10 feet of conduit and wire and connect to an existing power outlet. The charge for this was $400.00. I did not check this connection but 3 weeks later went to use it to find it had no power. I then engaged another electrical firm to check and what they found was not according to TX code and was a bad installation.My recommendation is not to use this firm for any electrical work unless you expect to get rapped.

We had quite a list when we moved into our new home in Houston and Elixir Electrician helped us with everything. We even added things to the list when he got there and noticed the lights in our chandelier were out. He got right up there and changed them for us! He’s amazing and we’ve had issues with other contractors not doing the right thing but we have never had to worry about that with Elixir. They will continue to be our go-to electricians and we tell everyone we know about them as well! They’re that good!
