I had a backed up basement drain today. And since this company re-lined my sewer already, i gave them a call. Within 3 hours they were here. Zach and Ryan explained exactly what they thought it might be. Then after maybe 15 minutes, they confirmed it, and they showed me on the camera scope the actual issue. Really great.
The price quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. No hassle, really nice techs, good stuff.
I will use them for any issues that will come up, as well as recommend this company to anyone.

We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend. The sewer lines were completely clogged and there were a few leaks in the house. They came and fixed all the leaks and made sure our sewer had a proper cleaning and installed new clean outs as well. I fully recommend them for anyone looking for the best plumbers around!

I have to provide a rave review for Heyrich plumbers. They have a good reputation on our local sites, so we tried them. They are everything people said there were— and more.

First, we used them to fix a bathroom leak. They diagnosed it as a failed shower pan, and because it involved extensive tile work, they didn’t try to fix it. They referred us to specialists. I was impressed with them being clear on what they could and couldn’t do, and connecting us with local people who did a fantastic job.

Then last week (Christmas eve eve), our boiler was leaking. We called our regular maintenance people. They came and said our boiler was 6 years older than we were told (essentially saying our original contractors installed a unit that was 6 years old but presented it as being new); they said our cast iron furnace was cracked, leaking, and would require a full replacement at $22k retail, $15K with “discounts” — if we signed within 24 hours to have replacement done after Christmas.

I had already scheduled Heyrich for a second opinion. Rob Heyrich came out personally, on Christmas eve morning. In one look he understood our system (not the normal system). He said it was a leaky release valve and defective water tank; the cast iron was intact; and the unit was not the age the other company said. (It was likely a new unit when installed). He said $500 to fix. Imagine our relief! His team came yesterday, and fixed it in 45 minutes. Rob also alerted me to the fact that the company we used for maintenance has been subject to numerous lawsuits and complaints for convincing homeowners to do expensive unnecessary work (he was right; it came up everywhere on Google).

It’s rare to find a contractor who comes when they say they will, stays on budget, offers options, and alerts you to REAL problems. Heyrich is all that - and honorable, helpful, know their limits and know where to send you when they can’t help.

Everything about this experience was excellent from the time I called, to the booking, follow-ups and installation. They were able to answer all my questions and get me a quote, scheduling was easy, they notified us when they were on the way, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up everything. Everybody was polite and pleasant to work with and they made sure the range was installed exactly to the manufacture's spec and code. I will definitely call on them again if we need service.
