Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

I’m so glad that I stumbled upon this company. After having several issues with a an older unit, this company sent out Wade who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get a new unit installed quickly and my hot water was back up and running within a short window of time. Fair price and great value.

Plumber Ken.com van driving recklessly, tailing me, beeping & passing me in a construction zone. If their drivers are any indication of their professionalism, I will never hire this company.

These guys are suspect at best. We asked them to camera our pipes and they missed the longest line in the house??? Fortunately, we elected to get our pipes lined by another company and at that point we realized we had a bathroom line they didn’t assess. (How does that happen?) On top of their inability to assess our plumbing situation, they got their camera stuck and ripped up our marble floor to get it out. Once they got their camera out, they proceeded to charge me $300 more than their original quote to get it out. These guys are a bunch of jokers that do not understand the difference between trenching your house and simply lining the pipes. They cost me more than I needed to spend and a much bigger headache.

I had a plumber(not Clear Creek) out to do a sewer line replacement. His poor workmanship led to me having interior plumbing leaks and leaks in my main line. The guys at Clear Creek came out fast and worked hard to get my plumbing fixed. Very communicative through the whole process. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their professional attitude. Highly recommended.
