Armando and Ruben were very professional and resolved the issue fast.

The owner Denis and the manager Christian are very nice and friendly. We purchased our home not knowing it didn't have a clean out making it very hard to unclog things properly and risking having to tear out new flooring in the event there was ever a big issue. The plumbers came out and took care of all our needs on a Saturday morning which was awesome. Best part is they cleaned up after themselves. And the prices are very good.

I was hoping to get help from Abe to do a lighting job. He seems knowledgeable about handyman work, but his communications decisions left something to be desired. After an initial phone call where we discussed the potential job, he texted me that the job would cost $150-200. A few days later I made an appointment with him to come to my house at 2:30 p.m., which was the time he suggested. He confirmed that this would work. (This exchange was in the morning of the day of the appointment.) Then, 25 minutes before the appointment time, he texted: I just put it in the GPS. I didn't realize how far you up in the hills. I can still do the job but at least for $225. I then called him, and agreed to pay him a $225 flat rate -- even though I'm accustomed to paying for handyman work by the hour -- if he would take a look at my leaking sink as well, and fix it if he could, as long as he would be making the drive. After seeming to suggest that would be OK, he hung up abruptly after saying OK. So it was unclear at that point if he was going to come to my house. I texted him and called him a few times over the next hour, seeking clarification on whether he was driving over, but the texts were unanswered and the calls went straight to voicemail. Since he seemed to have blocked my number with the intent of ghosting, I called him from my landline. He then answered the phone. I asked whether he was coming by or not -- can you just tell me one way or the other? He said no. I asked if there was a reason. He then hung up abruptly, similar to the previous call. Not quite sure what happened, but I think a potential customer at least deserves to know whether a service provider -- with whom an appointment was made -- will or will not be making the appointment. If Abe had just told me, no, I can't come, that would have been acceptable. But the ghosting practice and abrupt phone call terminations, in my view, are poor business practice, and I hope that Abe (who seems to be a nice guy) learns something from this experience.

Ayris came to my home to replace a hot water tank but the space was too small to complete the installation to code. Even though he wasn't guaranteed to come back to do the job with a smaller tank and was paid nothing for this trip out, he went ahead and climbed up into the attic to check the size of the gas line just in case we decided to choose a tankless water heater, which is no small task. He walked me through my options with detail and told me what modifications would have to be made if we choose a tank heater. I'm always impressed when professionals go the extra mile and I'll update my review when we have Ayris back to do the installation.

Fix sink fast

Planet plumbing responded quickly to a main sewer line blockage. They were professional, experienced and flushed the system in less than 15 minutes. Also cleared the tub drain. In and out in less than an hour and price very reasonable! Extremely pleased with the company and the end result. Will definitely call on them in the future.

Just wanted to comment on how great the Service All Stars were with installing my new AC & furnace unit. Ron was my initial contact and was the first contact I had with Service All Stars and it was excellent. Ron was very professional and clearly understood my needs. He was able to get me exactly what I needed without the upselling and sales pressures that the previous 3 companies tried when they quoted me. This was a major reason choosing them. Their installation team of Jorge, Luciano, and Brain were actually earlier than the set time and very efficient and professional. Due to prior installation issues the job ran late. The installation team was aware that I took a day off from work to be present and offered to work into the night to finish the installation so that I did not have to take a second day off. This was greatly appreciated and a great example of their attention to customer service and satisfaction.

Tony is professional, very friendly and fair. I have suggested him to other people and have heard no complaints. I know he handles plumbing issues near and far- I highly recommend Tony as your local (Bay Area) plumber!

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

We had a not so easy problem of installing a sink. Kirk went over and above a plumbers realm to do the job. Beautiful work. Clean and through. Checked work when done. Personable man. Pricing was as it should be for what we got.

Tech came out quick and was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone to finalize a quote for me. Its been two weeks with many attempts to contact Rene, but I have had no luck getting a response or call back.

Paul was new to us when he came to fix a burst pipe in our basement. He came highly recommended on Next Door. He was terrific! Not only did he fix the problem, he also worked with us on preventing the issue from happening again. He installed an outdoor spigot that was far superior to the one we had. He offered to replace it with the same one or do the upgrade - our choice. We chose the slightly more option and it works so much better. We are very grateful to Paul for his professional work, his can-do spirit, and his advice. We will definitely contact him when we have another issue.

Quick and Professional Water Heater Replacement

Came downstairs one morning to find the floor outside the utility room was soaking wet. Traced the trail of water back to the water heater and identified the leak coming from the bottom of the tank, not a good spot as this is basically a death sentence for a water heater.

Regardless of cause, I had to cut off the water line to the heater and drain it to stop the leak. So now I have no water which I don't think my wife or 5 month old, who uses cloth diapers which require some serious hot water to wash, will appreciate.

I called Hovde and spoke to Sue who was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to get someone out to me as soon as possible given the situation. I had to make one quick insurance call after getting an estimate and Hovde was onsite the next day with a new water heater.

Less than two hours after ringing my doorbell I had hot water again, basically it was plumbing magic.

10/10 Would use again.

Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

The plumber, Curtis did a great job! He was on time, courteous,and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company again.Up front on costs and options. I would recommend this company!
