Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

Axis is who you need when you need a plumber. Helpful, courtesy and reasonable.

These people are awful. They are thieves and unreliable. I had to call them many times to ask them to come see my plumbing project and give me an estimate. When they finally came to my restaurant to give me an estimate, they charged me $100. Most companies don't charge for an estimate (And they call themselves DISCOUNT Plumbing) . Not only that, but they never got back to me, nor did they get me my estimate. I called them many times and told them about it, and they kept saying that they'll check to see what the deal is and call me back. Never heard from them after that.

I was able to get service in a very reasonable amount of time and he did an excellent, professional job. I will only call them in the future.

Alfa has handled all my plumbing needs since I learned about them. They have never disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE! It all starts with the customer service when you first call the company. The rude woman that answers the phone simply answers the phone by just saying Hello. There is no Thank you for calling Fox Plumbing, or Fox Plumbing, How may I help you? It's just Hello. Your not sure whether you just dialed someone's personal phone or have the right number at all! Once you try and request service, she can't ever give you an estimate on when a service tech will be sent out, or even try and act like she gives a sh*& about your issue is. In my experience, plumbing problems are never just small issues you can get around to solving leisurely, they are an emergency! It would be nice to have somebody at the very least give you an approximate day/time of when a service tech will be out! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND SLOW!!

Super professional, shows up on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming to them with my next plumbing question!

I reached out to Mohr Corp plumbing yesterday (through the Yelp app). Juan responded immediately and told me he could be here this morning at around 11am. He actually got here a little bit earlier. I was terrified at the thought that the issue was an underground leak, and it would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Juan found the leak, and it was due to a faulty sprinkler system valve. He fixed the issue quickly, and potentially saved me a lot of money had I dealt with another company that wasn't as honest! Thank you Juan!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
