Replaced a water heater for me, did a fine job and was prompt and clean. I pointed Lee and Avery the right direction and they took it from there.

This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

We had a problem on a gas line test, Called Osage they were booked up , we live in a neighboring town , so they just couldn't stop by when close by , but took the time to explain our options ,and get us help with problem. We tried to schedule four other plumbers to come diagnose our hot water heater problem before landing on PlumbV, and wow do I wish we had started there. Neil arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and laid out several options about how we could proceed. He was knowledgeable about the products and thorough enough to check a few things that could have further delayed our project. I'm very glad we have a service contract with them going forward.

Answered promptly even when I left a voicemail. Explained clearly what they were doing and why. Cleaned up after themselves. Charged a reasonable amount for some very dirty hard work in very hot weather and then didn't charge when they had to come back. Again showing us what they were doing and why. Very satisfied and will use them again and will tell all my friends. They also were clear about their service limits. Much appreciated.
