Osage Plumbing

I have had osage plumbing out multiple times in the past few months for a full gas line replacement and 2 (one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom) water leaks. Levi is usually the one to respond to my calls and has been very helpful, getting the jobs done within the same day with quality work. I would recommend Osage plumbing to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work from minor to major!

We had a problem on a gas line test, Called Osage they were booked up , we live in a neighboring town , so they just couldn't stop by when close by , but took the time to explain our options ,and get us help with problem. My husband and I used Osage for a leak we could not find and could not fix. Levi found and fixed the leak. Always kept us informed and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Osage plumbing and Levi for any plumbing needs.

My first experience with Osage Plumbing happened two years ago. They came and worked actively to get my hot water tank working. They came on Sunday, they went to Tulsa to get a part, they returned, stalled the part, and we thought it was all good. Unfortunately, there was an internal problem with the Bradford White Tank (They suck, by the way, when it comes to taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes). Osage came back out a couple more times and charged me for all trips an amount so reasonable I was shocked. (I had called Mullins plumbing, but they wanted a $90 fee just to show up to my house). Charlie was super nice and super awesome. The second experience went just as well, and once again their charge was reasonable. They are saved in my phone directory and I recommend them to all my friends.

Save yourself the time and don’t use them. If it’s a plumbing emergency then DEFINITELY don’t use them. My entire sewer line was the old concrete line and it was broken down. I have personally replaced my entire sewer line with pvc and all I needed was a licensed plumber to reconnect into the city main. I did all the work and already had the hole dug up to the main (9 feet deep). These guys were super nice in person and agreed to do the job and said they would be out the next day (Friday) and would go ahead and backfill everything I had dug myself. Friday comes around and then Saturday. Still never heard anything. They will not return my calls or text messages. My father in-law who recommended them to me has also tried to contact them and they will not return his calls or text. Very shady people

What a great plumbing company! Levi was so professional and did great work. He was very friendly and explained everything he did. I will definitely use their services again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has pluming needs.

Until this year, I've had nothing but good to say about this company. They've replaced all my pipes and water lines, sink and bath faucets, a toilet and installed a brand new hot water tank. The hot water tank has been leaking at a steady stream since 2016. They've been back several times trying to fix the problem and in March of this year, the owner, Charles Wilson, told us that the tank is under warranty and that he'd let us know when they'd be out to replace it. Never heard from him again. He's not answering our phone calls and we were worried something had happened to him. It's now August, saw him last night at a back to school function, he pretended he didn't see us. We've spent thousands of dollars on plumbing repairs with Osage Plumbing and they've stuck us with a malfunctioning hot water tank, a promise to replace it and no explanation as to why this hasn't been done. We've been without hot water since New Years Eve 2017. The only other shady incident, besides pretending not to see us last night, was when he brought a convicted drug felon into my home to do sheetrock repair after the new plumbing fixtures were installed. That man stalked and terrorized my daughter until he was finally arrested again. My sheetrock, still half done. Osage Plumbing has done us dirty and I apologize to everyone I recommended this company too.

Outstanding customer service. Came right away and walked me through what work that was needed. Performed work very professional and very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone.
