In a scorching heat in Vegas, my Realtor J. Bega recommended this company. Found out that our water heater in our condo broke and needed replacement asap. I was amazed with their excellent customer service. The next day my water heater was replaced and done. They were prompt, courteous, skillful and the price was reasonable. We had a leak and ended up with water coming down a wall and putting a hole in the ceiling.My partner does construction but was on a job and water damage can be pretty serious, so I called an emergency plumber. I work from home, and had deadlines, so was hoping it would be efficient.I was told the assessment and quote were free. The plumber who showed up spent 3 hours running around the house inspecting every pipe and drain from the bottom floor up (townhouse), asking for my help, making me wiggle pipes and hold flashlights for him.At one point he left to go to home Depot to buy a ladder and came back.He thought it was about 4 different things before eventually deciding it was a small hole in my kitchen faucet that had been leaking. He wanted to charge $780 for labor and $250 for the faucet.Apparently, the quote stops and the work begins as soon as he gets his tools out of his truck, and the entire time he had been in my house he had been on the clock (minus his little shopping trip).The guy took so long that my partner got home from work while the plumber was trying to talk me into a $1k bill. My partner fired the plumber and replaced the faucet in 10 minutes. The part cost $110.

Highly recommend the services of Master Plumber's Inc. They were very prompt at getting something scheduled to come out and install some new piping for my new gas dryer. Very friendly and nice guy. Will definitely use their services again.

We found water pouring from our basement ceiling, he was able to fix the leak without having to do major renovations to our brand new kitchen!! He was affordable, respond super quick even with it being a Saturday!! We will definitely be using MD Plumbing if we have anymore plumbing issues!!

Terry did a terrfic job and saved me a lot of grief. I had an emergency with the septic system and called first thing in the morning. He came right out and started assessing the problem. He found multiple issues, told me what was going on and fixed the problems. Terry is very professional, helped clean up a nasty mess and charged a fair price. Very happy with the service.

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Their employee,Roy, was amazing, he was very helpful given that I'm a woman and know absolutely nothing about plumbing lol. Service was done as I requested and expeditiously ! If I ever need anymore work done, Speedy Ruder will definitely be hearing from me.
