I was looking for a high end renovations plumbing contractor for my apartment in upper east side in Manhattan. My super gave me thier contact since they had worked in the floor below my apartment. Neo plumbing Nyc performed bathrooms and kitchen fixture renovations as per the architect design on my apartment. I am very happy the way it turned out, looks straight out of a magazine.Liked their prompt and honest approach.

It's impossible to find a reliable plumber these days but when my slop sink in the basement backed up from the dishwasher, I knew I needed to have someone look at it fast. I called them at 8:00 PM and they arrived by 10:00 AM the next morning. The service was great and the price was very affordable.

Dave was fast and efficient. He showed up on time. He figured out our problem and fix it on the first visit! Impressive service. Highly recommended!

This company is totally incompetent. I bought a new dishwasher, PC Richards would not install it because they said the sink was leaking and I needed a plumber to fix it. Warshaw sent two incompetent individuals who arrived two hours later than scheduled, destroyed my entire day and caused me to miss an appointment. I paid extra to have them complete the installation of the dishwasher. They failed to secure the unit under the cabinet and when I opened the door to the dishwasher, the entire thing fell forward on to the floor. I had to pay PC Richard $300 to come back and finish the install. The sink was still leaking however and Warshaw returned. This time, one of their workers was sneezing, neither worse masks inside the apartment. Calls to the company go unreturned, despite promises of being called back. This company is the worst of the worst, do not use them. They deserve to go out of business. Terrible, I want my $600 back.

I needed an emergency repair and JP Plumbing was one of the companies I called for an estimate. I hired him because of his reviews and he gave a competitive rate. Of course the service I received was way below that of most of his reviewers. I gave him the half up front and he started a week later. My mother would call me regularly to complain about how he berated his workers outside of my house. The entire block could hear, it was very embarrassing. He didn't finish the job but wanted me to give him the balance of the money. His reasoning was, that because the job was 90% completed he wanted 100% of the money. He told me to keep $500. I told him when the job is completed he will be paid. He had his secretary calling for a while attempting to threaten about the money but she never said when they would be out to finish my job. Needless to say, it's more than 1 year later and he never completed the job. Never again!
In addition DEP was out here a couple of months ago and they said the emergency shut off that he put in is tilted and it shouldn't be, as a result the water is pooling. They said I should ask the plumber who installed it to fix it. How? When he never finished my job. He should lose his license.

Both of my plumbers took the time to explain their actions and put my mind at ease. While my husband was at work, I was hesitant to let a stranger into the house. For my plumbing leak detection, I couldn't have asked for nicer and more competent help than the two guys who showed up. My issue was resolved rapidly, and the cost was reasonable.
