Super responsive, on time, and efficient. The $195 diagnosis fee is a bit expensive in this case (one breaker replacement, which we didn’t know was the cause), but still 5* for responsiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Tom and Niko were a great tag team duo and were able to replace and rewire my thermostat from the first floor to the basement. Funny and pleasant to work with, I would definitely recommend to anyone for electrical needs. I'll be using them myself for any future work that seems out of reach for myself personally.

These electricians came to our rescue after we had tried to install a new light fixture and lost power to all of the wall outlets. They arrived after a few minutes of the call, and the folks who worked on us were very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on DIY electrical work.

Like others, this was the company that was assigned by First American (which I have since dropped). Essential (and First American) let me without hot water in my house for over 2 months. Essential rarely answered their phone and at one point claimed they were changing phone numbers and that’s why they didn’t respond. At one point, they reported the job was done to First American, but it was not. Stay far away from this company!!! If you are assigned them by a warranty company, refuse to use them!! They are not responsive or professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. In a nutshell I called for a leaking tub faucet. He charged me $300, made a whole in my wall and made a leak in my kitchen ceiling. YES! He messed up the tub pipes and there is a leak coming down onto my kitchen ceiling! Huge stain:( I have no water pressure in my tub/shower it still has a leak and he wont come back! Don't EVER use this plumber!
