Stanley Plumbing connected our gas line to our new generator. I want to mention Jamie, Josh, Josh, and Isaac - these crews were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do, and were unfailingly professional and courteous at all times. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Bryan & Randall who came out to replace my water heater and fix a faucet. They were clean, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

I have an old house with a crawl space that most plumbers refuse to go underneath the house to do work. The plumbers that Stanley plumbing sent out did not hesitate to get under the house with no complaints. The receptionist who made our appointment was very nice and actually was able to get us an appointment sooner due to cancellations. She was very compassionate of our situation and kept us updated on when the next available plumber was coming. Upon inspection, with my little knowledge on plumbing, the work they did looked very professional and clean. The plumbers that came out were very confident and answered all the questions to my satisfaction.

Jamie and Josh were amazing. They were patient with my 8 year old and explained to him what they were doing. Work was completed swiftly and looks amazing.

We've used Stanley plumbing a few times each with great service. Most recently, John and K'Bri were great- communicated, efficient, and eilling to answer/teach.

They have done numerous projects on my 1963 house. From blocked drains, installing a new shower fixture, rebuilding the toilets to replacing the gas meter. I would never use anyone else and my neighbor has now used them twice. Thank you, I know I’ll be calling you again. Kim Jackson

I first found out about Stanley Plumbing when they came out to run a new gas line for ONG to move my gas meter next to the house. They did a VERY professional job! I then had a personal project of running a natural gas line for my outdoor grill, heater, and fire pit. The plumbers completely understood what I wanted/needed and it turned out even better than I had hoped. I just now received a call from them to make sure that they had done everything I wanted and that I was satisfied. The answer was YES! ABSOLUTELY! NOTE- Patience is on top of everything including contacting ONG when we were waiting for them and responds quickly when you either call or text her!!!

Sewer line backed up, Bo did a Great in cleaning out my line, explained what was going on and how it works. Very friendly, respectful of property and highly recommend for any plumbing services you need.

Jamie and Brandon were very professional, informative and personable. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. They were sent by ONG to move the gas meter plumbing due to a leak. The job they did was very neat and exactly as they explained it would be done. Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC have two great employees in Jamie and Brandon.

Brandon and Jamie came out today to prepare my house for hookup to the main gas line. They were on-time, fast, and courteous. They ensured that my house was not only legally ready but safely ready for gas service. They were patient with me as they answered all my questions, and they were thorough in their explanations of the service they provided. I highly recommend and will definitely use their service again!

ONG detected a gas line leak and must replace my line and meter. They have a contract with Stanley Plumbing Services. I was very impressed by the person who contacted me to set up the appointment, as well as the crew who installed the new pipeline, John and K'bri. They were very professional, respected my property, and kept me informed on the next steps. I am so impressed that I will use this company in the future (but cannot contract them within 30 days of service with ONG.) It is nice to find a reliable plumbing service since the plumber I had always used retired during Covid.

I had issues with ONG and all that goes into replacing gas pipes and Stanley Plumbing saved me time and got stuff done so I could have hot water! You all are amazing especially Patience and Amy. They were calm and knew who to contact at ONG and other places so things would actually progress. Even AFTER their part was done 😁! These guys were great. I had the pleasure of Jaime & Brandon getting my call and they were wonderful. They quoted an affordable price and had the work done in a timely manner. They even went ahead and found the leak and an uncapped line and the took care of those things as well so I could get the gas back on and going. Stanley repositioned my gas meter after the gas company replaced my yard line. Looked like it was original to the house from new and the house is 60 years old. Jamie and Keno were awesome about calling me ahead and showing up on time. Very friendly and professional and talking with me and my buddy like we were all friends. They are very professional and prompt , when I called for a estimate for a additional gas service they were at my property in a very Timely manner and it’s worth noting they were considerably cheaper than two other companies, one of witch wanted to charge me $200.00 just to come look at the project. The employees Keno and Jamie are very respectful and knowledgeable of their work and finished is a very reasonable time frame. I would HIGHLY recommend Stanly Plumbing Services . This type of a company are few and far apart it’s very obvious that they have pride in what they do. 5 stars for sure.

They asked intelligent questions and gave intelligent answers to my questions. They asked before embarking on any stage of the process and did exactly what they said they would do. Easy to talk to and their work product (a pipe I didn't want but was forced to have installed due to a company-centric practice by Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) of replacing pipes without regard to the customer's wishes) looked great. Jamie came by my house to fix the gas line, after we had found it leaking a few days prior. He was helpful, worked quickly, and most importantly kept me informed about what to expect. No one ever wants to be in a situation where their plumbing needs repaired, but with how helpful and painless it was, I can't say I'll dread it next time I have an issue with the pipes.

Jamie and Keno were sent to my home by ONG to deal with a temporary gas line. They are knowledgeable and polite, informing me on their process and completing their task efficiently. After weeks of back and forth with several companies regarding a main line clog and receiving several extremely high quotes I finally found Stanley. Bo and Lil Brandon came out on a Saturday to see if they could help me for the short term and find a long term solution. It was refreshing to see these guys actually want to help and not just after my money. After the first day we came up with the plan to install the cleanout and hope it did the job. Well it did, and saved me a lot of money! These guys were always upfront and honest about what they were seeing and ways we could fix it. I appreciate the honesty and hard work from the guys at Stanley!

ONG contracts with Stanley plumbing services to move the meter over from where it currently is. They came in today, Nov 2nd, Keno and Jamie did an excellent job, from explaining what they were going to do, how to do their stuff, while I was letting them know what areas they had access to. Jamie & Isaac came out and installed a kick out on our house in order to prepare the house for our gas line & meter to be relocated closer to the house by O.N.G.. They were prompt and on time, worked really hard and got everything fixed up and ready to go for us. They were both so helpful with our questions and just extremely nice guys. She was so responsive, understanding and was able to help me expedite the process (when it wasn’t even her job to do so) and get us taken care of quickly. I can't say enough about the great service I've received from Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC. After a terrible hot water heater installation from another company that left me with a gas leak and vent pipe sloping down into an unnecessary S curve rather than sloping up, Stanley Plumbing came to my rescue by sending Brian and KBri. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable and made sure everything was done correctly. A few weeks later, Brian and KBri installed a whole-home water filtration and softener system for me. They did an excellent job! I really appreciate them as well as Brandon for having such an excellent team of schedulers and plumbers.

We had a gas line leak and ONG contracted with Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC. Patience and Amy called us right away and helped us get the service we need. We were very concerned about this emergency and really needed someone reliable and qualified to work on the issue, quickly and efficiently. My family has been using another plumbing company for years and the plumbers A.D. and Keno -who were sent out- were so thorough and professional, we have decided to make Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC. our go- to plumbers when we need service from now on. In an older home, you need quality, dependable professionals who are able to explain in detail what will happen and this company is the one to call for that, because they train their experts very, well. We had to move the entire line to another location. They eased our minds and concerns on safety hazards that might be present, also. That was very important to my wife and I, because with adults and children present and houses very close together, you don't want your gas line, or water line to fail. They saved the day for sure. You won't be, disappointed.

Keno and Jamie with the A1 team did an amazing job! I had a problem with my gas line and these guys explained exactly what they were going to do and why, they were very friendly and on time, and they did a great job. If you need plumbing work done hit these guys up! They will take care of you.

This Group is absolutely Awesome. I had 3 plumbers come out to try to fix a leaking spigot/Hydrant - all 3 tried but could not fix it, and yes still charged me - Brandon Stanley's guys not only was able to repair the faucet, they were able to resolve several other questions/issues I had from my house inspection. Super quick, super professional - extremely happy with the work. So I still went out to get quotes and theirs was the most complete and the lowest. They let me know what other costs I could possibly incur which would not be included with their quote - electrical, drywall repair, etc. and recommended people they knew were trustworthy and capable of doing the job correctly - absolute Honesty!!! They went out of their way to speak to me and answer questions for me after hours & during a major storm - they were spot on with everything - they finished the install for my house and they will also be contracted for my other property. Found my plumber group for life!!!

First time using Stanley plumbing. They were great! I’m a contractor and I’m used to working with plumbers a lot. From the start patience was great at communication and setting accurate time frame to get job done. The guys installed new gas line drop snd were extremely fast and pleasant. They worked with the city pulling permits and communicated to me quickly when everything passed etc. Will definitely use them again

I called Stanley Plumbing for a second opinion on a reoccurring sewer clog…they showed up exactly when they said, evaluated the situation and determined, what no other plumbing company could do, that I had a root filled, broken sewer pipe. They contacted all the proper agencies and had my new drain in and my fence and yard were put back to its original order. Very pleased with the service, the friendly workers, and paid exactly what was estimated…thank Brandon…!!!

Stanley Plumbing really came through for us this last week (1st week of 2021). We had water in a gas line and ONG had these guys come out to install a new kick-out so we could put a temp line in. These guys went above and beyond what they had to do. They stayed to work when they didn't have to be there, and were always easy to reach with questions/inquiries, they treated us like we were important. Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC, are on contract with ONG to help reposition gas meters and restore gas service to customers. Although I had scheduled an appointment with them on Wed. of this week, they showed up today [Monday afternoon] and proceeded to make the changes necessary for the ONG technician to come install a temporary gas line to my home. The two plumbers from Stanley were courteous, competent, efficient and very helpful. I give this company and its plumbers excellent ratings on their knowledge, work ethics and efficiency.

I'm having my natural gas line and meter moved up next to my house and technicians Keno and Brian Jr. came out to install piping for the meter and were very courteous and explained things clearly and did a very professional looking job. I would highly recommend them.

Patience and Amy with the office staff were amazing. Tim and Keno were absolutely amazing at getting our kickout moved and ready for a gas line. Had hot water by the end of the day. They were efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Patience and Amy were fantastic. After dealing without gas for over a week due to slow moving provider (ONG) they were able to get me fixed in less than 24 hours to get the next step done for gas to be restored. They call you before you call them and is a welcome change

THE BEST. From the beginning Patience was the phone operator that handed my account to everyone that came out and worked on my house. They did a great job and treated me like family, the best no words but the best.

I cannot say enough good things about Stanley Plumbing. We had a gas leak on our house and after a mistake by ONG we were without gas for over a week. After our meter was finally moved, they arrived at my house within 5 minutes of calling. Patience and Amy were great communicating with me about all the next steps. They even called ONG in my behalf to make sure they were expediting the process. The plumbers were very friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Stanley’s plumbing.

My house has two sump pumps that have been troublesome since we bought our house. We contacted Stanley Plumbing to get them working properly. They responded within an hour of me contacting them, arrived on-time, and was able to address the problem quickly. Brandon also walked me through the issue so that I would know what to look for in the future. I would recommend Stanley Plumbing and will absolutely use them again next time we have a plumbing need.

Stanley Plumbing has the best customer service! I have had the pleasure to speak with 3 different ladies in the office and they all have been amazing with helping me with any questions I have had. They have even took my calls after hours and were so polite about getting my gas turned on!

Mike and Isaac went above and beyond here. They both thoroughly explained different options I had when moving my gas meter and were sympathetic to me not wanting to tear up my deck among some other things that would go beyond what ONG contracted them to do. Isaac went above and beyond by maneuvering in and around my impossible crawlspace to ensure I didn’t have to hire a carpenter for this job and I’m very grateful for that. A.D and Keno did an outstanding job of building a new gas kick out so we can have a new gas line to our house. They are very professional and knowledgeable about gas lines. This was a particularly hard kick out to replace. The original kick out was in a very hard to get to place under ground in a crawl space in the basement. A.D and Keno were able to redirect the main line into the house from another area. I was very impressed with their skill. I would absolutly reccomend A.D and Keno for any gas issue. They are both very friendly, knowledgable, neat and tidy, and experts at what they do. I'm so thankful for the wonderful job they provided and will use them again.

Brandon, Heather and their staff are amazing! I had been without hot water for eleven days dealing with my home warranty and another plumbing company who were horrible all the way around ...when I reached out to Brandon and Heather for help...Brandon himself and his guys came out quick, gave me the options on replacing my hot water tank and explained which option would probably be best AND went ahead and installed my water heater that day so I wouldn’t have to go without hot water any longer . The guys that installed my water heater were very polite and when they were done walked through everything with me. Very honest, reasonable, professional and compassionate to my situation ...something that is extremely hard to come across now a days. It’s nice to be able to say I now have a plumbing company. I am editing my review because my experience with them clearly reflected the person, not the company. A neighbor hired Stanley Plumbing and an employee acted unprofessionally. Quickly after my initial poor review, the owner made great effort to get ahold of me and discuss the action of the employee and deal with it. I'd be happy to do business with this company again.

Last night we suffered a clog in our garage drain. This has been a reoccurring problem for us and ACS has been out numerous times to snake the drain. The last time I called them, they couldn’t get to for 2-3 days until I said I would renewed my AC maintenance agreement; then, by a miracle, they were at my house in 30 minutes. So, last night I immediately called ACS (who just performed a snake for us a few months ago for the same problem) to get on their schedule. I was told I would be called the next morning. I was NOT called this morning and ended up calling them. I was told they couldn’t get to me until Monday! When I indicated that I had a maintenance agreement with them, they indicated that it only applied to the air conditioning services. Hmmm…that’s not how it worked the last time I called them! Because of these frustrating experiences, I switched to Stanley Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend. It was a great decision! Stanley Plumbing was quick to respond, explained what they were doing, and charged a reasonable price. Love Brandon, Brian, and KBri!

ONG sent this company out to repair/replace a gas pipe and I must say that I'm highly satisfied. My techs (Keno and Jamie) were of no worry to me. Very professional, great mannerisms and got the job done in little to no time. 👍👍👍

My experience with Stanley Plumbing Services was wonderful. Kbri and Brian were on time and professional. They showed me the problem before doing repair. I will recommend this plumbing company to my family and friends.

Asked for an estimate on clearing a drain and fixing a faucet. When they arrived the home owner stated they (owner) had fixed the drain issue. So I said that we would still need an diagnosis and cost estimate on the exterior faucet in the front. They started working. I repeatedly asked how much it would be... The answer was always we don't know yet. Next thing I know they have run the sewer line that we said no longer needed work; replaced the faucet in front ; fixed the back faucet no one asked them to touch and that had nothing wrong with it, but now sticks 4 - 5 inches out from the exterior wall when it used to be flush and was left dripping.. They topped it off by presenting the fait accompli rather than an estimate and charging $200 for the drain and $375 for fixing the faucets. I called the office back and said that I never got an estimate on anything before they went ahead and did the work. They just charged us for the sewer, but now the owners say they are contacting all the local plumbing companies to have us black balled.

Keno and Jamie worked like a well oiled machine. They each knew what the other was doing and what they needed next. No lost time. Very knowledgeable of code. Installation looks good and cleanup was complete.

Stanley Plumbing is the ONG contract service assigned to replace/work on our home ONG gas line and meter. I had to call a couple of times for help or information. The person answering the phone was very helpful both times, however, when I called the number I was asked to use, the answering party said hello. That sorta threw me as I thought i had mis-dialed and had to inquire if I had the correct phone number. I'd expect that the business name would be used in answering phone calls and/or maybe the person's name. So I can't share who I spoke with, but she was very helpful which is appreciated.
To add, Keno and AD were the two skilled technicians assigned to install new piping in prep for the new ONG meter and gas line. Excellent individuals in their people/customer skills and in their professional skills. I like to watch and learn and they were very patient in explaining what they were doing and why, and in answering my questions. I've never really needed a guy for plumbing service, but I will be using Stanley Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

My husband who is currently deployed had called them out to fix a pipe that burst. Not only did they come and fix it in a timely manor, they did it for free as way to thank my husband for his service! Not to mention, the two gentlemen that came were incredibly kind and professional. This business is awesome in every possible aspect, and I can’t rave about them enough!

Stanley Plumbing did contract work for ONG on my property. Technicians were professional and efficient. This was not the case for the person scheduling the work. I keep my gate locked-which I know is inconvenient and the scheduler was probably tired of calling every person on my street, but I would not call Stanley Plumbing for future work based on my interactions with them this week. The Monday after the work was done, an inspector was to be visiting each work site. I had no prior knowledge of this. I was called at 08:35 Monday morning and told I needed to leave my gate open. I explained I was already at work and couldn't make it back home until noon. The woman on the phone seemed put off and just said 'I guess we'll hope the inspector doesn't show up until then'-and hung up on me. I generally don't leave reviews unless a product or service is very good or very bad. Again, the technicians and work they did was fine, but the administrative personnel I interacted with were sub par.

I called a little after 7pm as a long shot to see if I could get someone out ASAP. Not only did Brandon answer, he helped me over the phone to fix my issue without a service call. This level of customer service is few and far between these days, and it's refreshing to witness it. I will be using Stanley Plumbing Services for any and all future plumbing jobs I have.

Brandon came to our house today on a Sunday evening, crawled into our attic, and fixed a broken water pipe. He was quick and very friendly. I appreciate his service and will use him again and recommend to friends.

Jamie came out to help with a natural gas issue. He was 15 min early which was awesome. He was informative and helpful figuring out everything.

I have been using Stanley Plumbing for the last 5 years and they are great. Always on time and looks to solve the problem and not tack on fees or extras you do not need. They do not leave until the job is done.
