I would highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. I had a sewer drain and stack clog on a Friday night at 8pm. By 10:30pm, Cullen arrived, assessed the situation, discussed option and within an hour, the clogs were opened. Very professional, very sanitary and great personality. I can't thank Cullen and 1-Tom-Plumbing enough.

Dave Seible did a wonderful job. It was very hot outside when he was flushing the coils on my AC unit. He moved around in a tight area and had everything looking and running like new. Thank you

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

The tech that came was very professional, he did an inspection and gave a fare quote then drove 45 minutes away to get the parts and when he got back had it fixed within an hour.

The staff's honesty in conveying pricing information and their thorough explanations were truly impressive. The job was successfully completed to my satisfaction.

They put in a new hot water heater. It was a tough spot in a HUD made home. The only problems we had was they didn't check the kitchen after turning the water back on and we had very low water pressure. They came back and fixed that. The other problem was we have an automatic shut off for our air conditioning if the device gets wet. It got wet. Its been 2 to 3 yrs since it was put in so I didn't remember that. They didn't know about it either supposedly. We went without air in 90 degree heat for about 4 hours.. Had to call our air conditioning company because this company didn't call when tech said they were. Cost me $168 dollars on top of the hot water heater.

Had a water leak in my foundation wall. I dug it out and then called Kuhnhein. Charged $900 to fix it. My mother paid him as he was finishing up. He stopped right there and said it would be another $300 to fill the hole in because he just went to the chiropractor. When my mother confronted him about it he got defensive and rude and told my 65 year old mother to fill it in. Which she had to do. Do not hire this company. Not only is he rude and unproffessional but he is unlicensed for plumbing work. Also he lied to the home warranty people about where the leak was. So now we're are having to jump through hoops to get the money back. Hopefully this will save someone else from this headache.
