I had a really slow draining gravity field. They came out and did a Terrilift which sort of refreshes the soil around the field by blasting air and beads into it to allow it to accept easier. It was successful and I understand there is no guarantee on how long it will last but hopefully it makes it til our new system can get approved. Thanks a lot!

Dawn and Mike were fantastic! We needed to have multiple things done in our house, including replacing our main water shut off. Dawn was very prompt coordinating with the water department to find our water main. They also replaced a faulty faucet and installed a water pressure bladder for our heater. Great plumbers who were very thorough, professional and affordable. Highly recommend!

Was just at the home depot in north olmsted returning some items and your employees was very rude to the girl! Saying that he wasnt bringing the toilet up there and that hes gonna return the broken one when the girl said he couldnt cause it's not the same box! Very rude! What kind of men do you employ?

We had a crack in our porcelain basement sink from the drain to the front of the sink. They were able to repair the entire crack and it looks beautiful!! The service was fantastic and they were very accommodating with our schedule. I will highly recommend them in the future.

Don and Dave from Action Plumbing are our heroes! We called Action Plumbing to complete a very complicated job that another plumber messed up, leaving us without hot water. Action sent Don and Dave out that same day, and after a thorough evaluation, they quoted us a price to finish the job properly, explaining what they planned to do and the potential pitfalls that could complicate it. They came back the next day and performed the necessary repairs in an absolutely professional manner. They worked well as a team and are clearly highly qualified. After that incident, I would trust them with any plumbing problem in my house.

Mike McDermott was so professional and he didnt mind me to watching him working and was informing me of everything that he was doing the whole time. he also was nice to let me know I have other problems that I didnt know were there, and would be able to fix those too. he was polite and cleaned up everything also was very funny, it was like haveing a friend lending a helping hand.
