Thomas was one of the contractors who flipped the house that I ended up purchasing. After a slew of concerning issues that stemmed from the general contractor cutting corners, Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty to replace the plumbing at my house to ensure that no issues would occur again. He is extremely friendly and works very hard. He was even kind enough to replant grass in my yard after his work caused him to dig up my front yard. If you're looking for a good, honest, hard working plumber, Thomas is your guy.

Called on a Wednesday; person was very helpful and encouraging, and arranged for someone to come out the next day (Thursday). However, said that if I approved the estimate that day, they could start repair the following day (Friday).

Tech comes out. Says no way they would start the next day because they don't work on Saturdays. I reminded him the next day was Friday. He said either way, they needed to contact 811 and such, and he would speak to whoever promised next day service, and then promised I would have a 4-part quote the next morning and they could start on Monday.

Next day: no quote received, so I call to check. This person now says the second person was wrong and that quotes take 48 hours.

I'm sure they must do good work, but I don't trust any company where each person I talk to says the last person was wrong.

Wasted 2 days and water is still pouring down my driveway. Thanks but no thanks.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
